Eikon, looks like you are using the old forum links (guess it's a by-product of the search)?

You may want to update to the style of linking nico currently uses - helps a lil for google, etc, I believe.

Never really had a build, just sorta scattered all over the place, lol. Only one's I remember I really posted up is the paint job/body kit stuff & then the windscreen/turbo stuff.

You guys just need to update the search to have the same style url linking & that will fix all future searches.

for now, the only diff is really just change ?id= -> / & then adding the keywords from the title.

And it looks like all the keywords after the thread # don't matter (they all get you to the thread - notice the first link keywords):

i have a 94 that im working on. so far its just a rb20 swap, 5 spd swap, and coupe door conersion.

to come is a r32 conversion (front), coilovers, wheels, paint, and cage.

I'm starting to wonder if build threads are even a good idea in the first place... in regards to theifs.

Anyone ever done any correlation research between stolen cars and build threads?

Good question Shawn. That's a valid concern. I can see where a person would be scared to advertise all the good stuff they have on their car, and having a build thread might put too much info out there. On the other hand, perhaps having that much information out there can help your vehicle become more well known and easier to recover more quickly?

I've only heard of one S13 vert being stolen, well not even the whole car, just parts off of it... at least one that was on the forums. It wasn't on our forum either. But, within a day of it being stolen, the links from other forums were out all over the place. As far as I know, all the parts were recovered.

So perhaps the build threads might help with recover because it makes things so well known and gets the word out quicker? Hard to say really... I guess it could go either way.

To anyone in this forum: If you are ever concerned about making too much information public and want your thread removed, just let me know and I'll make that happen.
