Hey,

So i recently purchased a 93 240 convertible, after selling my 92 180sx. Upon purchasing the car i knew it had engine issues but that didnt matter to me since i have an engine waiting to do the swap. An s14 sr20 that has some goodies that i put on it;

those are pics of what it looked like prior to buying it. the previous owner kept the wheels and ive pulled the engine but unfortunately those are the only pics that i have of the car until i find my cord for my phone. enjoy

does any body have ne idea how to hook up the vacuum lines for a disco with the s14 manifold

I'm not as familiar with SR's as I am with KA's.

On my KA, there was a small pipe underneath the throttle body. I just ran a vacuum hose from there to the wastegate. It might be the same for the SR as well.

Just find a vacuum line off the intake manifold and run it over there. Might as well get a boost controller while you're over there.

ok so! im a noob wen it comes to internally gated turbos other than stock.theres two nipples for the actuator that were confusing me i plug a vacuum line into the highest point and leave the other one open, who would have thought that you'd leave one open... thats what fcuked me up... so pics in a few days i ahve been too busy with work and with DST it gets dark real early

very clean, i am digging the black leather interior, what are your plans for it?

well right now its gonna be getting ACT 6 puck clutch and streetlite flywheel, i have to replace the rear main seal. then after that its breakin in the engine and clutch. i just picked up a power fc d jetro as well. ill be using the car for drag and drift and of course as my daily. i think after i get her fully running i wanna focus on the exterior and get some of the minor things outta the way. but i keep getting sweet deals on expensive parts haha

im kind of in a debate with myself right now, and wondering what some of you would do. im gonna go with a stand alone but i wasnt expecting to have toeven think about that this winter. i can get a really good deal on a used power fc for a kouki sr20 butttt then my boss tells me i can get a link brand new for like $300 more only thing is ill have to redo the whole wiring again.

wow i havent posted in a while. this thread isnt dead, i just have no pics. i am currently in the process of ripping out my wiring harness then gonna do the wiring for my stand alone, link ecu that i should be seeing sometime before spring.
