Well i recently bought Malac0da13's red 92 240sx Convertible and after coming across a real good deal on a rb20 motorset the plans where made.

Here it is when i brought it home.

I got a real nice deal on this car. $825 with a full 5 speed conversion. Never got the engine running but he told me it has knock, meh, who cares, its coming out anyway

Pics of today and yesterday:

Also the full 5 speed swap is done and the interior is completely stripped. interior was mad dirty and the carpet was shot so decided i would clean that up some. Hopefully score some s14 seats! Anyone got any?

And heres what i picked up last thursday!

Rb20det motorsetrb25 turboGod speed FMICKoyo RadFull harness already wired for S13Neo AFCFully tuned ECU300zx MAFRB26 Injectors3 inch DPHKS SSQV BOVMckinny Mounts Flex Lite fans

Dynoed 295 WHP at 15 PSI w/ tuned ecu and Neo Apexi SAFC.

Couldn't say no for 2500.

i'll be pressure washing the engine bay tomorrow or tuesday then installing the RB20 asap. room in the garage is limited right now haha.

Thanks for looking!

I can't believe you stole that car and 5 spd swap from Malacoda for $825. What a great deal for you!

I'm just glad to see it stay with someone in our club.

RB20 will be very nice in the 'vert. I like mine a lot!

Let me know if you need any help along the way.

Keep us updated with lots of pics! You're doing a great job so far.

I already scored some new headlights for 50 bucks for both sides and new power window switches both driver and passenger. He even left me a buck in change in the car! what a nice guy haha. Anyway i'll take more pics tonite of the 5 speed conversion and maybe start pressure washing the bay. Its insanely dirty!

Great introduction to the vert forum. I see you've been a nico member for a long time but haven't posted much. This vert will hopefully change that.

Congrats on the new project which you will for sure love. Please keep us posted with updates and pictures.

I'm gonna be keeping an eye on this project. You got a hell of a deal. Are you getting rid of those headlights or something?

umm yea, the headlights are hideous. let alone one was broke when i got it. so i smashed the other 3 haha. Watch for more pics tonite! Plan so far is Clean and scrub tonite. motor trans and maybe some extras go in tomorrow night. This is my first build thread so i kinda wanna do it right! The swap is complete drop in so it shouldn't take to long to get this beast on the road.
