Does anyone have 526's? Lol. I haven't seen one on any car since they've been announced -___-. I really want to see them on an s14. This is quite disappointing.

Got mine mounted on friday. 215/45/17 all around. In retrospect, I could have fit 225/45, but this was my first wheel and tire upgrade ever so I wanted to stray on the safe side. I thought the sidewall was too skinny at first, but its growing on me now. I could see myself dropping it maybe another half inch, but I'm not going to be able to get coils for a while. All in all, very satisfied.

Pictures are finally starting to pop up on line. NL Motoring & XXR seem to have gotten their backlog/shipping issues under control now.

Ok i got a 1993 S13 hatch. I plan on lowering it in the near future with either springs or coils. If i were to get all 4 17x9 526 wheels(or any 17x9 wheel)... would they fit on my car without rubbing? Even if i were to lower? What tire size should i use? And those 526s are sexy. I was going to get the 962s but damn the tables may have turned!

^^^First off, coilovers. No springs. End of story.

Secondly, the 17x9 526's only come in +35 offset. Offset that high won't clear your coilovers (unless you pick REALLY wisely). You'll need, like, a 15mm spacer or pick another wheel that actually fits.

Just say NO to spacers! I've said this before and I'll say it again. XXR's 006's come in 17x9+20 for 4 lug. It is PERFECT for front fitment. And IMO, it's style is close enough to the 526 that most ppl wouldn't realize you running mismatched wheels anyway. So I recommend this setup:

Fronts: 17x9+20 006's with either 215/40/17 or 235/40/17 tires
Rears: 17x10+20 526's with either 235/40/17 or 255/40/17 tires.

Only thing weird about this is that the 17x9 006's actually weigh 1 pound more than the wider 17x10 526's... lol. Shouldn't be a big deal though.

I dunno, man. The Chromium Black looks alright to me. I think the problem is that I have yet to see anyone with that finish pick good tire sizes combined with the right ride height yet. Thats what sets those to cars apart, besides the fact that the S14 is rocking the 18's.

:ohsnap Definitely 4 lug too. I'm guessing 17x10's with 225/45's all around.

Edit: And dayum! at :22 seconds you can make out a parked red hatch rocking the 527's! lol :squint:

Some ppl don't like the fact that they dome outwards and don't have flat faced spokes. I'm the type that could not care less about that. It's their sizing specs that I'm after.
