I assume this question was for me?

Eibach Sportline & KYB GR2
Shouldn't be low enough to have any rubbing or need for rolling etc. but we'll see. I hope there isn't too much gap either tho I haven't been able to find any good pics of s13 on eibach most that I've found either have stock wheels or the wheels are like 15's. If it doesn't work out I'm going to get some godspeed coilovers.

I have the same suspension but am rolling on SE's. I would say its good for daily suspension and I think this setup is the lowest you can go on a spring/shock without going to COs.

I would think a little pull all around would help though to run bigger wheels, but depending on offset it might tuck anyway.

Sweet. I was really worried that its wasn't going to be low enough but with the NYC roads plus since I agree with Krash on the why would you fit narrower tires on purpose mentality (FUNCTION > FORM) I should be really happy with this setup. I guess now I'm hoping that there won't be any rubbing and I don't have to do any rolling/pulling.

haha dont couch hide man! im thinking about doing a spring/shock setup on the s14...im getting too old and my back hurts too much to climb in and out of a slammed vehicle these days...and the potholes, my god...the last car with coils i had felt like i was dropkicked in the lower back by a very agile sumo wrestler! HA.
maybe im just "gettin too old for this s***"

Tokico Blues and Eibach Pro springs are what I have on my S14. They're pretty comfy. Can't wait to get rid of them for something more aggressive though. I'll never be too old.

About to buy tires. I got the 8.25" wide wheels. Soo, I'm looking at 225/45/17s and 235/45/17s. Dont know which ones to get. I'm not that low (RS*R drop springs), but I really don't want any rubbing. Any advice amigos?

I wouldn't do 235s. The sidewalls would be bulging out. 225 might even bulge out a bit. If you're worried about rubbing, I'd go 215s. I have 8 in wide wheels and in order not to rub, I had to roll my fenders and go with 205 tires.

Those are 17x8.25+25, right? I have 16x8.5+27's with 225/45/16's all around. No rubbing at all and I'm on springs too. I've even gone up to 225/50/16's on these 8.5+27's with no rubbing.

All the same, I'd go with 215/40/17 if those were my wheels.

I'd do 225, but probably 40 series.

I have 225/50/16 on 16x8 on my Vert with Tanabe springs, do slightly rub at full lock (near firewall).

225/40/17's? Good luck. Very much not a common size. Very poor selection. 225/45/17's sidewall is too tall and is gonna look disgusting. I'd stick with the 215/40/17.

Yea, discount tire didn't have a 225/40/17 :(

I'm between the 215/40 and the 225/45. I'm going to look for pictures to see just how "disgusting" It'll look simmode :rotfl

Edit:
