Clearly the 4 lug 17x10's. Looks like he stuffed them on the stock front fenders. I wonder what the specs are here...

^ Nice

if weight is a issue I guarantee the 527's are about 1.5 tons lighter than the 526's

would the 526's need a spacer if they were got in the 17x9 +35 to look flush or start poking?

s13, it will looks flushish maybe a little poke.
s14, youll need a 10-15mm spacer to have a little poke.

Those will not clear coilovers up front without a spacer (unless you have Megan's with the extended bracket). They'll fit fine in the rear, but not to my definition of flush.

Here's 17x9+35 with 235/40's rears on S13

If you're wanting cheap mesh wheels with a decent lip sized 17x9's all around, I'd say go with 17x9+20 XXR 006's or the those new 17x9+15 Square G6 wheels...

Well reason I ask is because, I'm getting 2 chromium blacks for 250. So I can't beat that price for nice rims. And ill just get some spacers I guess, what spacer size would you guys say would start the poking? For me to have to roll the fenders? But not alot though. I just wanna roll around in the "hellaflush" stance for awhile.

do you want hellaflush or HELLAFLUUUSH? use a 50mm spacer.

*EDIT oh i just saw you said "not alot though"
in that case, you want to shoot for +0 offset. +5 somthing like that. flush but not too crazy. requires a roll maybe a little pull depending on how you run it i guess. but its flush while not being too crazy

I still say a 50mm isnt gonna be enough for his flushins....im going for dumped on 17s but i just got a good offset to start with, makes things a lot easer in the long run.

WTF... 50mm spacers?! Plz tell me y'all are trolling...

Costa_Rican, use 20mm spacers on those 17x9+35's. That makes them effectively 17x9+15's. Perfect for rolled stock S13 front fenders with 215/40/17 tires.

Go check out http://www.rimtuck.com. These are really simple questions, man.

Hehehe... 35mm spacer? Okay. Run that in the front and you're gonna need:
-wide or pulled fenders.
-tires smaller than 215's
-Or a ton of negative camber in the front.

A little more extreme than I'd want to do for some 17x9's, personally. But meh. Whatever.

That was supposed to be 20, not 35. I'm on my evo 4g at school. Lol its not safe to stack spacers is it? So the 20mm spacer I'm getting is gona be like those ones that bolt on to the hub like a rim, but also have studs to bolt the wheel on to? Correct?

This is why i don't like wheels that need spacers to fit right... Getting hubcentric spacers with the right hub bore costs enuff that you could have just passed on that "good deal" of a wheel and just bought one with the right offset in the first place...
http://www.mosaicmotorsports.com/ichiba ... cbc731985b

$250 for two 17x9+35 526's plus ~$100 for two of the right spacers = ~$350. About $175 per wheel. What other wheels with lower offsets could you buy for about $175 or less each? Theres a few.

i said 50 because he said he wantedto do the hellaflush thing, which is more than flush. but he said not that much so i pointed him to the +0 area.
you are right though with the whole spacer or better wheel debate...i dont like the idea of a 50mm spacer or a 20 or 30 for that matter BUT its doable if he wants to do it.
this is 17x9 zero offset
Image which is flush but not crazy hellaflush like many are doing now

Yeah, a 50mm spacer is going to put him at 17x9-15 though. He's not gonna be able to fit that under stock fenders like he requested.

And that pic is for a s14. He has an s13, which isn't as good for aggressive fitment. Not saying he can't do a 0 offset, its just gonna take more than a simple roll like he said he wanted.

17x9 + 12... with 225-45-17 sittin pretty flush on my car. Wish i had gone with a meaty 215 but this will work.

You can make anything flush, just take your time and read up on tires and stuff. The right tires make a big deference when your looking for a little stretch but not to much.

here's mine slightly strectched, and i've decided i'm going to use these for the rears right now, then order them in the 17x10 +20 later when i get more money and swap these ones to the front with a spacer. here it is in a 245/40/17 with my crappy cell phone pic and unlowered car because fenders aren't rolled and will cut the tire.
