with this whole NA turbo thing, i didn't fully read your post but i think i get what your saying, the turbo will put out a certain amount of psi during certain revs of the rpm. This coincides with your powerband and is usually somewhere between 3500-6500 on the tach in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gear. the turbo will help a little with top end speed, but its generally for the low end. And for even lower end instand power a supercharger is always the way to go.

what ive noticed, is that there is rice, and theres just plain stupidity and the likes. a neon with a big wing is rice, a real old school bmw with the rear bumper torn off to fit a big can is plain stupid, like today on the highway, it was an old early 90's buick ninety eight with a big old HKS angled muffler on it, hanging below the bumper, WTF? plain stupid

my girlfriends sister likes this guy at school. he claims to be a car guy. she told him i drive a 240 and she asked me if it was turbo'd tonigt. i asked if he told her to say that and she said yes. so i told her to tell him its a twin turbo:D

this guy who drives a sh!ttyazz CRX was trying to tell me he had 130-140 hp cause he had a new pulley and a new filter. i just kinda laughed and walked off.

a friend who drives a 88 535 was trying to tell me that his dad did something to his transmission that gave him 40hp. and he said he beat a WRX with just a diff and a chip. lets see, 220 hp, 3200 lb car. 227 awd car, 2800. hmmm, i wonder if it really was a WRX or if the guy just didnt know how to drive it. this kid also told me a supercharger isnt good for the car and a turbo is better. too much to post about this kid. oh the ignorance. he also tried to tell me he inertia drifted his taurus.:rolleyes

Aight, BEST STORY EVER!!

Last year my friend bought a new 2002 Celica... Bright red, got a AEM intake, custom pedals, all the ricer stuff possible. He use to go to those ricer get togethers, you know where all those wanna be's get together and show off their "sick" cars. Now first of all you have to understand I live in Northern California, about 30 miles out from Tahoe. I live in the hillz, so we have all sorts of twisty roads, not good for lowered cars, and not good for drag racing.

Anyways, my friend in all his wonder thought it would be cool to show off with his g/f in the car, and try drifting into a turn. The only problem is 1. he's never drifted before, 2. it was a blind corner, and 3. he was trying to drift by entering the turn going 55mph, even though the turn was posted to be 15mph.... Needless to say he totaled the car, and broke his g/f's colarbone. He now drives a 91 Dodge Caravan... WE NEVER LET HIM LIVE THIS ONE DOWN!!! After this little incident, he's become a normal driver. He's no longer a ricer, and is trying to get a real car with some ballz.

We took his mini van and put vtech stickers on it, and have TRD seatbelt cushoins, where currently looking for a cheap graphic's kit... It's freakin hilarious, all the honda owner's resent that damn thing. hehe

So, they had the high school drags here this last weekend, and this fool at work was talking about how a bunch of "real nice cars, I mean dope hondas and acuras" showed up and had "dope graphics and lights under their cars, just like in F&F"

My favorite twards us is sohc 240's suck. They don't have any power. Then after their honda with a coffe can muffler loses they say they want to see eitehr A: the turbo or B: the sr20det.

Why don't they understand the difference of their tiny 4 banger to our 2.4 liter one? Ahh it just won't be as funny to win with a turbo or a sr20 cause they won't relize how stupid they are.

Holistic kinda gave it away already, but...

I was at IAS weekend before last and in the lobby was a DC2 integ that had R34 head and taillights, fender flares etc., and was mettallic blue with the red Signal-style stripes along the upper fenders running back. It was a bit of a hack-job if you ask me. As I stand next to it, two apperent Blink-182 rejects walk up, mouths agape, and thus it begins:

Anyway while we where waiting, this red 350 pulls up and my boy is in it. when he pulls up, he starts talking pooo like ah wan race. in a jesters manor we are like lets go! in the mean while some other kid pulls up in his 4 banger (89' 5.0 rustang) nothing done to hit. he pulls up and talks to me LOL LOL LOL!!! hold on let me catch myself...! he goes "Is that a WRX?" me "yeah" him "is it turbo?" me "??? (are you serious) yeah" him "is it twin?" "??? me "(WTF!) no"he goe and walks away me and my boy mike WRX driver starts ROTF! so we pull away and i go hey i should of messed wit him and said twin??? naw dawg it's tripple trubo with roof adn hood mount intercooler. holy **** was today funny!
