Whether or not you hate them, or love them, or are ONE OF them. They sure do entertain me by saying things like:

"Lamborghini's got nothing on skylines!"

"I'm gonna swap a b16 in my accord!"

"I thought Si's came with Turbo"

"Where's the intercooler? didn't it come with one?"

"I'm gonna get a Blow off vavle on my Cold air intake!"

"My Exhaust added like 20 HP!"

There's more, they just escape me at the moment.

yeah those are typical things...What I usually get is...man my Civic is like 120 hp and if I get a intake that adds 20 hp, get an exhaust it adds like 10, and I get headers I get another 15 so that ends up with 165hp! man thats fast. Not sure what hp of stock civics are....just work with me.

heh probably the funniest one was when I was standing next to someone's SR and some guy and his video camera was like look at that turbo...its twin turbo because its got to circles on the snail thingy. I busted out and was like yeah its really fast....

Some people, i was talking to my friends cousin about carsand We got into the subject about bodykits:

HIM: Hey are you gonna get a bodykit for your 240?

S13GUY: No why should i, i think theyre just made to make your car look lower, and my car is already lowered.

HIM: NO!! Theyre suppose to increase the amount of airflow through ur engine!! And they give the car aerodynamics making the car go faster!!

S13GUY: Id rather get an intercooler than a bodykit.

HIM: Man you dont know anything about cars. It increases ur carz aerodynamics!!!!

S13GUY: Why dont i just remove my whole front bumper cover? that way larger amounts of airflow will go through and ill get a weight reduction.

I have a friend with an NSX we were at a car show one day and these guys were trying to figure out what kind of car it was. The best they could come up with was a prelude. Then one of the guys walked behind and said "I smell race gas." At this point it nearly imposible to keep a straight face but we told them that it didn't run on gas. it was electric, they didn't believe us so we poped the hood to show them that there was no engine. They were in awe and started asking questions about how we would get it home in the dark.

lol, about as good as that mr2-cops chase story... the cops caught up to an mr2 that had parked by some people after being chased. coppers asked the kid if he was doin 140 over the bridge, kid said no, cops touched the hood of the car, said "well its cold", the kid didnt get in trouble.. hehhe

I was out one night waiting to meet up with some friends and as soon as we were about to leave, this person approaches me asking about my car. He then tells me he is gonna buy a wrecked supra and restore it....but he was gonna put a V8/Rotary engine in his car...WTF is a v8/rotary About 3 months ago, I meet this same person again and he was now driving a N/A supra and apparently he wanted to race me. He says he would beat me because he had a manual transmission and mine is auto...when I told him that I would put $2k on the race, his engine magically blew up. 2 weeks later my friend tells me that he had the engine built with Apexi internals and totaled it the same day he got it out of the shop. I find that hard to believe because Apexi doesn't make internals for the supra The next best thing is how people mistake my car for an Eclipse eventhough they see the Supra decal on the back.

i was at a tire shop once and the guy there had a S14 so i started talking to him about it and how he likes to race the honda guys. he goes on to say that he will not lower his car so that he can go like 40 MPH over the dips in the road but the honda guys will have to slow down to 2 MPH because thier car is lowered. i would really like to see this guy run right through the dips at 40 MPH one day. eh i just left after he told me that.

It's not just kids though. When my freind entered his MR2 in the HKS drags a local car magazine photo crew came by and said they wnted a picture of the engine but they kept pointing at the hood! I asked them if they realized there was nothing in there, they felt stupid. My freind popped the hood and climbed in his trunk, the "engine" picture for his car in the mag was a 6'2" big viking-lookin dude crammed into the trunk like a college stunt!

At one of the ones I entered with my NA silvia these two guys were staring right at an HKS header when they ask me "what turbo you runnin"? I tryed not to laugh, I just said "normal". A japanese guy working on his car next to me must have heard that because he peeked under my hood and gave me a weird look like "what turbo"? I think he figured out the two Americans were just stupid and tryed not to laugh.

Yeah that mustang in that video was a v6. and i must say that not all mustang owners are stupied. just think of them as the american civic. lots of mustang owners, just not alot of smart ones.

and yes that NSX story was pretty funny. I also like it when people ask what kind of car i have, and i say nissan 240sx, and they just get some blank look on there face, and then ask if i ment a 240z.

there's this guy that goes to school with me that has a 2000 civic ex. it's black also, but his is stock. yesterday as i went to the coke machine he came up to me and said............

Him: Hey man, how much "HP" you got? (he said H-P, not horsepower!)

Me: Umm, don't know man, haven't dynoed my car.

Him: Dyno? Man, you don't need whatever that s h it is, just do the math!

Me: And what math would that be?

Him: Look dude, come november we can race and i'll smoke your weak ****!

Me: How do you plan on doing this?

Him: It's easy. Muffler (not exhaust), slammed, 20s, chip, and a turbo and i'll be at about 315-330 HP.

Me: Is that right? What kind of turbo? Greddy? Drag?

Him: Naw man, porsche. My uncle works for them and he can hook me up with a custom one.

At this point i feel like i'm on the verge of vomiting due to the stupidity of some people. I just walked away while he said something to the effect, "Yeah, you better walk. I know you're scared."

Those were hilarious. I have one for you.I was at Irwindale speedway one night and there was a J-Spec Silvia there doing a photo shoot for SCC. It was imported from Japan and everyone around was walking around the car in aww. They were like what is it? Some guy next to me said it was a skyline. I just laughed and he asked what i was laughing at. I said because it wasnt a skyline is was a silvia......he was like i never heard of it and walked away. The silvia was clean though. It had a T88 turbocharger and a lot of other ****. It was Signals car. The driver told me it was running low 11's. It was nice.:drooling

Yea me and a friend were arguing over cars and we made a poll and had everyone in class vote on it he had a 4 dr brown 92 integra vs my s13. His won. So then we put skyline vs nsx, nsx won. Finally we put skyline vs honda s2000, honda won.

In Japan they have the B22 and in England its the P1. Two different cars, but they are both Imprezas.
