There isn't one. It just brought my attention to the car in general, and I really like them. That is when i trolled the hell out of this place for more information until I finally joined to ask a question. I originally planed to do a kookie conversion, but I like the zenki face more now. and money could be better spent somewhere else.

I wanted to move on from my FWD Supercharged grama car Monte Carlo Z34.

And because I wanted a light RWD car with endless aftermarket possibilities, hence, my first S14.

I've owned two S13's since 2002. I came to the decision on they were cheap (at the time), reliable, light, rwd, and fun to drive as well. Other choices I was considering were the MK3 Supra, Miata, and the T180/5th gen. Celica GT-S.

Now all the Civic ricers have 240's now (if they haven't wrapped them around trees already) and I loathe being categorized with the same people. But I'll never sell my car, took to long to get it where it stands. Hopefully another trend will take the 240's place.

I used to have a 2000 Chevy Cavalier, and wanted something with...a bit more power. Now I have an rb25 swapped zenki.

I think I solved my problem sufficiently.

I saw it on need for speed. LOL it was the car I used the most. Then one day there was one at my stepdads garage. I asked if they were going to sell it. The original owner (a police officer lol) was selling it for 500 bucks. So I had to get it....

And everybody has a Honda. I wanted to be different. So far I have only seen four 240's around where I live

I feel the same way.

I was originally going to buy an 84 Mustang GT for $1,000, but the very same day I came up to the guy with the cash in hand he had finished selling it. The very next day, a guy who lived down my block was selling an 89 240sx for $1,000. Car looked good and I decided to buy it. This was back in 2003, when kids were still balls deep in Honda Civics. I sold my 89 two years later because I needed the money, but a year after selling it I started to miss it so much and I decided to buy another S13. Luckily, I didn't get hit by the drift tax with my 91 because the car was originally going to be sent to the junkyard and I offered the guy $500 and that I'd get it out of his backyard. I feel like I have given a second chance at life to my 91, I can never sell this car.

I fell in love with the carpet textured seats and door panels on the s13!!

Jk!

My brother gave me my 240sx! He said he got a good deal on it and gave it to me. At first I wasnt really into it and just wanted any type of daily driver to get to school and work. Then the car started to have problems so I went online to find help fixing the problems, and then TAH_DAH; Nico caught my attention and I love the 240 ever since!!!!

i ended up getting a civic when i turned 16 because it was cheap and **** was everywhere for them. one day i was driving, just kinda cruising. and outta no where this beautiful 240 hatch pulled right up past me, this gorgeous dark red slammed masterpiece. thats pretty much when i decided i wanted a 240.

and whats not to love? cheap, RWD, and fast

I wanted a 240 because I thought just because the engines are bulletproof, the rest of the car must be as well.

I didn't think I'd have 80 annoying little problems that although don't effect getting from point A to B, my Escort was a nicer daily driver.

I wanted something fun, rwd, with a good aftermarket and cheap parts.

Cars I've been through in order:

'90 240sx fastback with full body kit and SR'94 Integra GS-RGot the '90 240sx back in a trade for the GS-R'03 Nissan Frontier'00 Integra Type-R'94 Honda Accord EX'03 Mazdaspeed Protege'97 240sx SE

After all the cars that I went through, nothing really was as fun as my 240. I've always been into 240's, so this time I went with the '97 240sx. I bought mine with 85k miles on it for $8k this past summer.

I wanted a car that didn't work more often than worked and have that still be considered normal.
