at some dealerships employees have first dibs / great deal for an older car that has just been traded in or is a trade in. Most of the time deal consists of how much it cost the dealership / trade in credit, and the cost of the paperwork, and maybe a smaller percentage.blackbetty wrote:2,500 at a dealership? interesting.
Right on the money lol. Yeah the lady that traded it in got ripped big time, but just as you said, she was about to purchase a new car. There was almost bloodshed at the dealership when they were deciding who was going to get the car. Everyone from the mechanics to the salesmen/women had their eye on it.johnny butt wrote:at some dealerships employees have first dibs / great deal for an older car that has just been traded in or is a trade in. Someone probably got ripped off on a trade in but didn't care because they were about to get different/brand new car.
i got mine because i wanted a RWD, fun, somewhat fuel-efficient car.
