Ok I just finished seem welding the engine bay aqnd painting it. Its white and bright as hell. ill post pics tomorrow

I just painted the supercharger so ill post pics later, the shop is closed wed and thurs so ill start the sc mock up tomorrow.

501s are actually on my car now...the hyper silver ones...the ones in the background are 513's white with red ring

okay so im getting close to the bottom of the front page posts so time for an update...
Engine is out of the back of my truck and supercharger mock up has commenced...the space is going to be very tight but the intake pipe will have enough room to get where its going...note the supercharger is pushed about a 1/2 inch inboard so i could get it to balance for the picture.

Oh i also ordered my pioneer valve springs (back ordered till 24th) and si exhaust valves (intake back ordered)

yeah I mentioned it about 3 months ago...never got to start cause i was sent to north carolina for more schooling and then upon my return i was sent to the field...but yes it is goin to be twincharged and methanol injected. I happened to be surfing ebay and came across the supercharger for like 350 bucks and then got to thinking how id do it....so we can thank boredom for this shinanigan. Really i just wanna hear what kinda noise its gonna make. Reeeiiiiii(shooooossssshhhh)eiiiiiiiiii

Well all i know is that you're practically the only one to twincharge an S-chassis, let alone a single slammer. I can't wait to see what kind of numbers she'll be putting down, as well as her performance in regards to response. and It is pretty interesting trying to imagine how it would sound like. sort of like a whining cat / hissing snake / snoring dog or something.

ohhh no i fell off the first page...time for an update. Im nearly finished with the supercharger template. I have the superchargers final resting place...Not much room..literly 2-3/4 inches between fuel rail and sc. also Im almost done with the methanol injection installation...kinda...now on to the pics, kinda similar but with the snout on. Also the throttle body is going to be an intricate piece to place.

Okay...so the template is finished and ready to go to the water jet...just waiting on the aluminum to come in. Like i said i got my exhaust valves in and im waiting for the springs and intake valves. tomorrow im goin to port match the intake runner and do a little machining of it. I also have to make the bracket for the pulley, to make more surface on the supercharger pulley. and i also have to make the throttle body intake/tube.

on a side note. Im selling my circuit sports rucas, silvia oem skirts and rear valences, the xcessive motorsports air plenum and of course my 89 coupe. the rucas have never been used. shoot me an email if your interested [email protected]. help support the build guys, this aint cheap.

So i come home today to find my coupe sitting on slashed tires, with the buyer standing right next to me expecting a test drive....but alright got some pics since i found my camera...only has one dyno readout on it but you can see in the vid its like 3++ and you can see the head blow on the pass...but all the pics of the stuff for sell are here...Ill post in the classifieds also, but my loyal subscribers get first dibs.

So im ordering the rollcage from mazworx tomorrow so in preparation ive begun stripping the interior. I will be ryno lining the interior after the cage gets welded in...this sound deadener is a biotch and i made it worse by slapping dynomate all over everything...worst thing ive ever done to my car......Pics!!!

okay kinda slow progress today...kinda an admin day if i must say so...I ordered the rollcage today so its kinda a race against time for this deadner removal. I will start the passenger side tomorrow the driver side is nearly finished, just need to lay down some paint thinner for the residue. also was looking at how to mount this hydro ebrake. looks like im gonna have it next to the stock one but kinda angled. still got to decide were to tap into the lines, since the ones that they came with dont reach anything!!! anybody who has done this mod feel free to chime in.

But any way here are some pics of the new Si exhaust valve next to a stock one. and pics of my combustion chamber polishing. the head is far from done. I still need to order new valve seats and valve seals...oh and intake valves.

okay so i just added up my springs and i have 12 to many exhuast springs....damn you summitt you lied...any way these are up for sale now ( the 12 extras) I sell a box of 4 for $9 shipped I have 3 boxes

I dont even have tires for them yet. and im building a turbo and supercharged car...maybe this weekend ill mock up a side without wheels or something.

okay. so today i finished stripping the sound deadner so now its ready for the cage to go in...whenever it gets here. i still need to remove the dash but ill do that tomorrow. also im gonna remove those damn rear strut box things in the back...holds the rear seat+no seat=get out of car. Ill post pics of my progress on the head later tonight depending on my level of intoxication this evening. oh also i ordered the aluminum plate and various other metals for the supercharger plate and brackets.

here is the head as it sits, combustion chambers smoothed and polished ...all I have to do is get the valve seats and valves and seals...
