So far Bush is kicking Kerry's butt. Kerry will carry California. It's just the way it's been for 20 years. However Kerry doesn't have enough support in the middle states to get this election. I hear the lady humming a few bars

California is a given for Kerry... that's why Bush needs to take all the smaller swing states just to hang on. Florida, Ohio, and Pennsylvania are super-important for Bush to take.

It will surely become a closer race as the "left" coast closes poles.

Eh, California carries 54 electoral votes the last time I checked. That's an arseload of the plains states combined.

I dont think there has EVER been a time when there was no media bias. Its generally pretty clear what networks lean in one direction, was that a typically conservative station?

There is NO way to eliminate bias from the media. The media is made up of HUMAN BEINGS, and we are ALL biased. It is absolutely NOT possible to have unbiased reporting. Our goal should be to strive for equal representation of ALL sides of the issue. This is the only way to "counter" political bias.

Fox News Channel, while considered to be conservatively biased, I would argue is the ONLY news source that makes a REAL effort to present all sides of the issues. They don't claim to be unbiased, they claim to be fair and balanced. But, since most of us are accustomed to being spoon fed the liberal agenda, it makes Fox stick out like a sore thumb.

Bah, The local talk radio station in Indy kept the Libertarian Gubernatorial candidate alive. That is ok. The lady that won my Congressional (Indiana 7) district cant even vote with out messing something up. She used a democratic pamphlet as the ballot. What a dumbass. You shouldnt be able to be a Congresswoman/man if you cant even ****ing vote! She missed more votes than John Kerry did due to illness and now we sent her back to Washington DC. She is a disgrace to the Indiana 7th Congressional District and now it looks like I need to run against her in order to bring this district around. War racial politics. I am out.bud

I just had someone bitching at me about how I should be watching the election coverage (I don't have a TV). Now, honestly, how many of you find the election coverage that interesting? I don't know... I dislike them both, but I think that in the primaries Edwards was much stronger than Kerry. He had a clear message and was not nearly as divisive. He also didn't have the "waffle" problem Kerry has.

arggg i hate jeb, dont get me started on jeb. one thing he has done that directly affected me was make all the doctors in this state scared to wright scripts for pain meds for people that need it.. such as myself.. last month i got pritty much cut off from one of my doctors because she is too "scared" to wright me anymore scripts because for some reason she thinks she is gonna get arrested.. even tho i have MRI's to prove my condition and i really am in pain all the time.... thanks jeb, and thanks to the whole bush family for everything they have done for this wonderful country of ours..
