...yes, belts (plural). There is the AC compressor belt, the alternator belt, and the water pump/power steering belt.
it was the right side of the car, and he got onto the curb going 30 or so? and what kind of damage am i looking for? would it be very noticeable? i'll try and get it jacked up and i'll take a few pictures just so i can get a few opinions
so i jacked up the car and i found nothing really, the power steering going to the right front wheel was leaking so i replaced that, check the back, nothing, the pulley's aren't getting hot. i have no idea where the noise is coming from, and it comes out of nowhere. i've slowly reved the engine and only when it red lines is when is squeals. the belts are all aligned, nothing is loose, for the life of me i cannot find why it's squealing.
