whoa whoa whoa... that's some pretty critical need-to-know information right there. He hit a curb? How hard? What part of the car hit? You're going to want to jack the car up and look for damage anywhere on the engine. I wouldn't go red-lining the engine anytime before doing a full inspection.
...yes, belts (plural). There is the AC compressor belt, the alternator belt, and the water pump/power steering belt.

So i had my multimeter set on the 200ohms range which is the lowest my cheapo goes on, did i test this correctly/is this fuel pump no good? Ive had a lot of trouble diagnosing this intermittent starting and stalling problem i cant wait to get to the bottom of it, however i replaced the fuel pump like a year ago when i got the car cause it was bein fishy. Thoughts?

Looks like you did it right, but make sure its your fuel pump and not just the harness/wiring that's bad.

See if you can test JUST the pump, or JUST the wiring somehow.

it was the right side of the car, and he got onto the curb going 30 or so? and what kind of damage am i looking for? would it be very noticeable? i'll try and get it jacked up and i'll take a few pictures just so i can get a few opinions

How straightforward is removing a quick release hub and putting the stock 1995 steering wheel back on?

No wires should be cut correct?

so i jacked up the car and i found nothing really, the power steering going to the right front wheel was leaking so i replaced that, check the back, nothing, the pulley's aren't getting hot. i have no idea where the noise is coming from, and it comes out of nowhere. i've slowly reved the engine and only when it red lines is when is squeals. the belts are all aligned, nothing is loose, for the life of me i cannot find why it's squealing.

Have you checked your power steering fluid level? If you run the pump dry (like it would out-pump its fluid reservoir at redline), then it will squeal like a pig. Make sure its full.

The rear, just because Murphy is b****, and the rear is tougher to get at.

Yeah, and because most of the vibration from shifting is at the rear, and the motor also tilts a little more to the rear as well. But if your doing one you may want to consider both.

Well, the pocket goes BELOW the CD player on the S13. I'll see if I can snap a picture of mine later. There is a bracket behind the plastic trim piece that everything bolts into. Its pretty easy.

i ordered my cd player from crutchfield.com and it came with the din pocket piece.

am i correct in assuming that both of the plugs i need to get to delete the egr and pairc are part # 14052 - 21R00 ?

im installing a header, already got the egr block off plate, just wanting to get everything all together and do it all at once.

my header came today, its an obx, looks amazing welds look great. only $199
