hmm yeah if i can i shall. i dont wanna put the cord through the heating vent cuz then if i turn on the heater the cord might get ****ed... if nothing else i shall just group them together with a wire cover i guess but id rather hide it.

It would be less obvious if you run the wires around from the door side and loop under the dash near the windshield glass.

i dunno, this is the inlet on my gt30, so according to math, a gt35 would have a bigger inlet than mine, which is bigger than your current setup

A/R is 0.58 and somewhere around 3" inlet/ 2" outlet. cant find the exact number on the site. found THGT2-52 and mine is THGT2-62V sooo close.. its rated at over 610 tho so i think i should be fine.

Don't mess with the wiring and ECU, keep them as close to stock as possible. Read the last Car & Driver about how the guys there blew a wad of cash and a couple of engines by trying to go un-proven aftermarket ECU on Z33.

i have a power fc with 2jz to Silvia adapter d-jetro to be exact. im not messin around with it to much but the guy im working with knows his **** pretty good so im not worried. i cant keep the ecu stock with all the aftermarket **** i have and i wouldnt be able to tune it at all so thats not really the right road to go.. i appreaciate ur concern tho.

steering and exhaust manifold hitting(not a problem on a 240) engine sitting weird on the mounts (high/far ahead causing the fans not to fit on the radiator quite yet) i think this is partly to do with everything not in definate position. downpipe/exhaust is gunna be interesting thats forsure...lol it has to spider around alot of stuff which sux i wish i could put it completely staright back

Why don't you wire in some electric fans? That would be much easier in terms of space.

i might not even use the tech 2 mounts, the engine is sitting high right now which sux. it might go down when everything gets in its final place but i dunno. as for the mount combo and **** cant get really anymore/different pictures, if ur thinking of putting a 2j in same ur time and effort and just order the kit.

Can't you just fab the mount with some 1/2" steel plates and put in on the stock KA mount?

lol silvia's came with CA18's for stock and then SR20's, and yeah i think we might try the stock mount pillowball mounts cuz they look a little smaller.

Dude, Calm Down.....I've asked arund and they sold you a '98 Supra TT Mounts...the go for 56$ EACH...So That's 112$ For Mounts....And The "machined" Supframe Can Be Done @ Any Local Shop....And For The Trany Mount..Get A R154 Rubber trany Mount And Fab Your OWN Trany Mount.....as for the drive shaft i can get it for ~80$ BRAND NEW..

So I'll Not Pay 1700$ for Somthing That Will Cost Me ~500$.....I Asked For The Pix To Check Everything out B4 Doing The Swap....

Good Project Tho..And I Hope You THE best Of Luck....

One Last Thing..what is the name of your exhaust mani.....is this the one sold on Ebay For ~250$.....? just wondring b/c i'll go singel with a 61mm turbo when i do the swap....

Againe GL....And THANKS For The Pix

Kind Regards,

EDIT:

Check Zilvia.net and search for "2jz mounts" there is a company that sell steel mounts that go on top of the stock mounts....and make the engine low and back..

Search On Zilvia.net

Hope This Help

lol im calm..well if u have the time the resources and the kno how more power to u man, yes i woulda rather paid 500 then 1700, no i did not have all this stuff available around here so shipping woulda kinda sucked plus we didnt really have the time at that point to fab all this stuff up. also i thought this kit woulda fit great and i wanted to go high end with as much stuff as i could to make sure i had good quality. the exhaust mani is no exception to this, u wont find this one on ebay u will find copies or ones that are similar. it was custom made by a fab shop in japan, cost 1250 landed here. im sure you could get cheaper but id rather buy something once then take a chance have something go wrong and potentially cause problems. just my $0.02.
