lower the bike strap the front forks and then it will leave alot harder without the front coming up on you.

Holy god what do you do for a living?!? Your profile says you're 19 and you have 20K+ to spend on a 240 (silvia) and enough to buy an r1 too? Jesus, where's all this $$$ coming from? You're a lucky dude.

Just sat here and read this entire thread. I cant wait to see the finished product! What'd you pay for those wheels? I love'em, and I need wheels badly to compliment my new stance. Keep the updates comin!

hey guys updates are flyin around lol. i got some stuff done altho not as much as like obviously ( i want the car done now!!!!:@@)))) bought a shop press to put in the ichiba five lug.... got it all assembled and ready to go... no god damn jack wtmf?!?!?!? put the front brakes on forgot to get the second a/n fitting SOB!! already sick of it.... seriously made more trips to the shop than i have in the last cpl months. anyways got the tires and wheels mounted and got the front all done up and since i couldnt press the kit i started making the IC piping. enjoy.

ps. paid 2600 for the wheels but they go for 3100 or more in that size and offset.

Cool build!! juz a quikie, was you happy with the tech2 kit in the end, did it sit lower or did u have to modify it? i got a RHD silvia too an am planning this build wen i get bak from AUS. Good luck in NZ an hope the project works out!

happy with the kit although if u can fab id say u can make one for cheaper. the problem i found out lies in the oil pan sitting on the sway bar. so either the sway bar needs to be notched or the oil pan needs to modified. cross members, trans mount and drive shaft are all good tho.

What's up Silvia_KS nice build!

BTW this "S13-2JZ sway bar" issue has been covered many times before. If I remember Tech2 sells a spacer that solves this problem. But like you said earilier if you can fab you could probably do it your self.

yeah i did, the sway bar spacers are on order from tech2. the spacer sits on the sway bar and with the weight of the engine it pushes it down so that the oil pan doesnt hit it absolute money. and ya they are 125$ pricey but worth it.

srry to dissapoint. im over in NZ now so my *** is broke at the moment until i get a few paychecks under my belt. uhh i bought stainless exhaust piping lol i need to get the exhaust manifold fabbed is wuts really holding **** up. and obviously im in no rush so whenever the guy wants to work on it he does. i told him to make sure he takes pics and **** tho. once the fabbing gets done tho its just put everything back together and then yeah there will be lots of updates and the car will be finished. but i promise the wait will be worth it in the end. thx to those who are staying loyal to the thread. cheerz from downunder

yeah i think it would be pretty cool to take it through the states just like a cruise or wutever. hit some different tuning shops, let people check it out in person. lol not saying its god or anything.. and then ya prolly end up at tech2 in cali.

Hey mate, Great build! Really like your intake! Just copy your info when you edit your posts, then paste in a build thread so all the other JZ boys can see it!

Cheers
