Not really? I mean yes it might have got a little out of hand for pre orders and what not but that's xxrs fault for letting it get out of hand. They made no arrangements to have wheels ready for the people that ordered them before hand ( From what i have read they didn't even start making any wheels till the first release date) So that right there tells me that they had no planing involved and clearly didn't think about the customer.
Say what you want, i think they are really good looking wheels myself, But that's really poor planing on xxr's part and probably lost a lot of customers by not planing ahead. While was lucky and canceled my order i know a lot of people where locked in to the pre order and couldn't cancel or get there money back. in tern they have to wait as long as xxr wants ( That kind of makes me think xxr is only concerned about the $$ and cares nothing about the customer?) But whats new there...a big company that cares about the customer, good luck with that.
