Is 900rpm at idle normal? I'm using a sohc throttle cable. I heard they are too short. Sometimes when it first starts, its at 1500 at idle. Any input would be helpful.

900 is a little high, but running high at first start will happen if the motor needs to warm up in colder weather.

^Alright. Anyone else?

So for the past 2 days, when I start the car, it makes a noise. I'm leaning towards a bad waterpump, but I also thought it could have been the power steering pump because it was low on p/s fluid since I have new lines. Here is a vid so you can hear it. Any other ppl think its the waterpump? http://www.flickr.com/photos/4...6690/

Why dont you remove the belts and start the engine and see if the noise goes away. Spin the pulleys by hand with the engine off and see if you can hear the noise and isolate the problem.

Good idea. Will do that tomorrow.

I also installed my short shifter and put some LED's in the cluster. The temperature gauge doesn't work on my cluster. I have 3 random plugs that are still not plugged in anywhere and can't seem to find where to connect it. Could that be the culprit? Pics of the plugs tonight. I want to drive this damn thing! lol

Here are the 3 plugs that aren't plugged in. Help me out people!!!

^Small brown one

EDIT****If I'm not mistaken, the one in the 2nd pic is the temperature sensor.

I haven't been on here in forever. I went through lots of 240s and a few SRs. A lot has changed in the last 6 years.

Expect big things for 2016... Stay tuned.
