500 miles of normal driving with no abuse will give you proper clutch break in. I gave the SPEC Stg IV about 250 and then beat her up. No slippage noted...

Every day, I'm getting closer to an LS1 swap.

Yea mine doesn`t spin much either with Kumhos on. I have to dump the clutch in 1st gear around 3500 before it will break loose. I also have the J30 rear end installed which is a higher gear. Dam I miss driving my car

Do you happen to remember what studs you used for mounting the turbo to the manifold?

I havent even gone to buy any yet, but figured it would be easier if I knew exactly what I need.

Man, I don't recall. I just went to the local hardware and bought some that were long enough to weld into the T3 flange. I welded them up tight, slid the turbo on and tightened it up with the nuts.

This is a pretty good thread even though you already sold it right?....... I'm just getting started on mine using this manifold/ t3 flange and my manifold almost doesn't fit because of the mbc. But i forced it on there and now it looks like i might have a few issues with routing the hot pipe but it seems doable. I never would have thought about doing a setup like this it's a great idea.
