Post up some pictures when you've got the new mirrors on!

EDIT:Here are the diagrams for removal of the mirrors, power adjust wiring, and mirror defogger wiring.

I rarely see white A34 (2004+) Maximas around here. Most people have greys or champagne colors on them...black and white and the very dark blue are the best colors for the car if you ask me.

Hey fellow NICO comrades,

Just checking in again after an absence of over a year!

Much has happened since my last post.

I upgraded my front brake discs to a set of Brembo cross-drilled ones. Had a bit of teething probs with pads, but that's been fixed now. I pity the poor fools who want to tailgate me.

I ended up getting rear-ended in a 4-car pileup on the way home a few weeks back. Slow moving traffic, I was the lead car, stopped, the two cars behind me also stopped, but some idiot probationary driver rear ended the 3rd car, and $2500 worth of rear-end damage later to my ride (The bumper underneath the plastic molding absorbed the impact, needing a new trunk lid, and trunk trimmings which got damaged due to the trunk not fitting properly).

Since getting it back from the shop, who did an awesome job, I might add, I've finally added the security system and stereo gear.

Pictures on the way when I can get off my butt to take them

Welcome to all the new members (and welcome back S13dg3)!

mikeatx, I believe for 5th gens, GXE was the base model (strange since for third gen it was the top end model...)

Stock 5th gen SE wheels. They look great on 4th gens (or just about any car...) Since they're OEM they're probably stupid expensive. There are replicas on Ebay, though.

I got a 96 I30 Auto transmission, stock as can be. Tan and leather interior. I'll be turning this car in to a sleeper project and hopefully getting a conversion from auto to standard eventually. Next week im dropping in a cold air intake, but next month im dropping headers, and a supercharger in janurary. Then by the summer Im hoping to send my car's ecu for an upgrade. oh and yeah, its going to become a nissan cefiro by name

yeah i know. had a guy come into work and ask me if i wanted a set. for $100. he has yet to follow through and bring the wheels up to work so i can spin them on a balancer and see if theyre worth it.
