Yeah, electrical stuff stumps me sometimes, which is sad bc I worked at an electrical place for yrs. Granted, it was for homes, but still. WD, the trip was actually really fun. We were in a hotel about 3-4 blocks north of the Space Needle. The conference my wife had to attend (which is why we went, bc her work paid for her trip/car/food/etc.) was in Chinatown. I walked all over the downtown area. Spent time in Pike's Market, Pioneer Square, ate authentic Chinese food (they didn't even have silverware available, only chopsticks), ate fresh from Alaska and caught only a couple days prior gourmet Salmon at Anthony's Peir 66 (the best Salmon I've ever had, and I ate a lot of Salmon growing up bc my step-dad loved it), enjoyed the sights and sounds of the city. The weather was funny, cold (upper 40's in morning) overcast in morning, high 70's and sunny by lunch time. I walked for hours each day. My legs were killing me, and I need a new pair of shoes

I also visited the local Tesla cars building. They were only a few blocks from us and had the showroom with two Tesla roadsters, a small shop (which had another red roadster in it), and some info booklets. The dealer/mechanic spent about 30 minutes talking with me about the cars. It was pretty neat. It was great. I only wish we could have stayed for a few more days so we could visit some of the islands in Puget Sound and the forests.
