FRSport actually carries them, they are rather expensive though at around $1.75 a piece typically. How many do you need? I have some extras here that dont have the flare on them. If these would work for you i can send them to you.
do they have the flanged washer built in like yours? i just need 5, but i was looking for 10mmx1.25 for exhaust manifold too...they dont sell that size.

Like the flanged copper ones that i got for my elbow to turbo?

You are looking for ones to replace the nuts that actually hold the manifold to the head right? I would just get all brand new oem ones of those, but its your call i'm sure Baller Bolts may be able to get them. Talk to Ryan Hampton there.
That lil popcorn thing scares me a bit lol
Haha i just havent ever been around someone that has done a headgasket and has put any sealant on it at all. Just make sure both surfaces are clean, its kind of an extreme thing to put sealant on imo. The gasket will seal fine especially if using an OEM style one.
mainly just at the end of the thread when your done just for reference. i am definitely gonna do alot of the same things you are to my s14 sr and it would be good reference for people if they had the part numbers ie the fuel rail and all the parts needed to make the greddy manifold work. I can also just email you.

Side note: you are gonna love this engine. Spring has hit and i have been driving my car around everyday. I knew i would like this car but its even faster and more fun to drive than i thought.
Yeah i can definitely do that, or anyone just feel free to email me.

I can't wait to love this engine lol. Right now im like mehhhhhhh wheres my ka lol. I know it will be worth it but this process is very time consuming since i want to do it right the first time.

PS: The sites new layout is crazy/confusing.

I did some more research and asked around, the majority of people dont use liquid gasket. Its the kinda thing you think you know, until you try to think about it and then question it all together.

Yeah man i know EXACTLY what you mean, in my stage of this build i am double and triple thinking things. I have taken some stuff apart just because i was not 100% comfortable with them. That is really what details are all about though, most people over look things. In my opinion its better to think then to assume.

Of what lol?

Man, i came up with that kit. I am in the process of making my website right now and i will be selling that hose kit, along with the clean heater hose setup i have. I will also be selling T-bolt clamps, wiring specialties wiring harnesses and all the silicone couplers you can think of! If you need anything just let me know or email me directly for now until my site is up

this could be one of my favorite builds on here.

I may have missed this, and if so oops, but what are you plans for the exterior?

Thank you!

First off i bought 17x9.5 +15 bronze MB Battles (Before everyone and their cousin, sister, brother, mother, step son, daughter, grandmother, uncle, ancestors had them.)
For the Exterior i had purchased an Origin Streamline kit, but when i blew the KA i ended up selling it to fund more parts for the SR.

Those of you that don't know that kit it is this one here.
Image

As of now i am either going with the BN Sports Type II kit which is best displayed here.

Or

The Dmax Type I kit

I'm most likely going with the BN Sports kit, but any input is appreciated.
I did like the Origin a lot and would get it again however it is impossible to find for a decent price

I personally prefer the origin kit if I had to choose, but I am not big on kits at all really. But given the choices that's what I would get.

My vote,
not that it matters,
goes to dmax.
It's fresh.
Plus,
shouldn't look too bad with 17s

Yeah man i understand completely, we will see. What i may do is buy the BN front bumper and see how aggressive it looks, i agree that there are ALOT of kits out there that can be way too much with 17s. If it does not work out then i may go back to the ORIGIN if i can find it otherwise ill do DMAX.

NICE sig! lol

Thanks for the compliments :bigthumb:

It will be awhile until i get the kit anyways but we will see.

did u ever fit your origin kit? I got one and I am having to do a bit of work on it. I just figured every kit was like that but I went for Origin because I thought they were supposed to be better than the other brands.lol

Yeah, i mounted the front bumper. It fit very nicely but not perfect, it is hard for them to be perfect. It definitely looked good though however there was about a half inch gap between the drivers side fender and bumper but it was still clean looking.

yea, my front sits perfectly, its just the sides and rear. I ended up cutting off the end caps on the rear bumper and the side skirts so I can extend them a little bit. Hopefully it turns out ok.lol

Hmm, thats weird lol it should turn out alright just take your time. I'm getting another Origin kit if everything works out which it should  I would much rather have that then pretty much any other kit.

Soooooooooooo, I have been double thinking things and decided to swap out the bolts used to hold my block off plate to the Greddy intake manifold. Since the ones i used were low quality and now coated with anything to keep them from rusting i decided to go all out and get 4 titanium bolts and stainless steel lock washers and flat washers to do the job correctly.

After staring at the Anodic table for awhile i decided what the heck i will go with them anyways since the titanium will be in a sealed environment ie. the bolt hole in the manifold.

So here they are Burnt titanium mmmm....

Image

I also was able to track down everything for my transmission mount and downpipe mount support.

First off i received the transmission mount Super NOW!!!!

Image

All hardware included!

Next up was the bracket that mounts to the transmission mount

Image

Next was the actual rubber insulator mount

Image

As well as brand new nuts to hold the insulator to the mounting bracket and two extras that i will be using on some bolts i find to hold the downpipe to the insulator bushing.

Hopefully i will have some pictures of this stuff going on soon.

In the mean time check out this LOBSTER CAT!

Yeah i dont know anything about this new layout so i just post and post haha.

Thanks for the compliment. I am definitely going to be doing rocker arm stoppers but i figured im going to do cams and RAS at the same time, and Tomei is what i will be using for both of them. I'm at that stage where i am double thinking things and am going to be replacing things that i should have probably done a few months ago.

Some new updates coming soon probably I did get a chance to work on it some yesterday. :inoutgay:

So i had a chance to work on the car friday for awhile which was nice!

I was able to catch up a bit on things i had to re-do. Such as the bolts that hold the IACV block off plate on.

So those were the first to get done! Mmmm titanium

Image
Image

Next up was the Super Now transmission mount, first the Peak Performance one came off(which is for sale now lol) and then the Super Now one went in to place.

Image
Image

It went on the cross member nice and smoothly! It fit great i was really happy about it

Image

Then the crossmember went in and it was fastened to the body, then the mount was fastened to the transmission, once again great fitment.

I also put the bracket that holds the downpipe insulator bushing in place, it fit right on there like it was being installed on an oem unit. Then the insulator went on right after it and it looked like this.

Image
Image

After that i secured the insulator bushing to the downpipe and it was perfect! I have it adjusted in the middle of the slotted holes on the downpipes mount and it is held parallel with the frame rails. I am very impressed with how this turned out!

Image

Well that is all for now, i hope to get some more work on it soon!

I am cooking lasagna!

Yeah, i plan on sticking with 17's. If i was planning on going with 18s then i know i could pull off the BN. I definitely am going with the Origin Steamline again. Thanks to a certain somebody (you know who you are) :inoutgay:
