If you go to the coverlay website, very few of their dash overlays go beyond the top 1/3 of the dashboard. While I am prone to believe that the one they made for the 240SX will be similar, I have a feeling that since it is more of a "1-Piece" style dashboard, with no obvious interruptions in the vinyl material, this overlay will be the exception, probably extending all the way to the glove box on the passenger side, to the center console in the middle, and probably to the hazard light/rear defog switch panel on the driver side. This may explain the slightly higher price as well. We'll see.

And you sir, are correct. without further ado, here she is...

I think they did an outstanding job on this. At last, the first restorative part for our cars. Say good-bye to used high dollar dashes that will crack down the road.

So is it perfectly smooth, or does it have a texture on top, an if it does have a texture i wonder what it would take to make it smooth like fiberglass???

Looks good but, you know we all want pics of it installed and pics that aren't so damn 1-dimensional.

almost identical, it doesn't even make it to far towards the driver though and it's hard to notice inside the car unless your looking for it

still it looks like these covers are pretty tight

Where would the cutout or provisions be for the gauges? Or do we pick where we want them/get our own?

Thanks!

Date and time these will be ready for consumption? I would really hate to be number 1000 customer waiting on line for these.

These are available now, $161 shipped. To order, call Frank with Coverlay at 1-800-633-7090

As for you HUD guys (me being one of them) you'll have to cut out the hole, which is cake.

For after market gauges, i think they might go with a 3 gauge pod over the middle A/C vent, but you should call them with a custom setup in mind.

Oh... my... God. That is the greatest thing I have ever seen. Well, at least since my immaculate black dash sprouted an 11 inch crack overnight in January. I'm ordering one as soon as my car gets to Bahrain!

Get ready for lots of reflections on your windshield. There's a reason most dashes are a dark, matte color.

Hello can I get this in White? Or can they make it out of Carbon Fiber or just high Gloss?

I think that would look sick.

Im willing to pay extra for a high Gloss one.

ThanksMike
