What monthly payments are you looking at? I'm also leasing my 2.5s with a convinience package. I got it from Queens Nissan.JTOTHAMOE wrote:This is my first time on this site. I also am waiting to get my coupe I ordered a red 2.5 w/ convenience package and sunroof. i ordered the car June 15th and i will be getting it next week. i can't wait this will be my first new car
I will be leasing the car and i think my payments should be lower and i spoke to my sales rep and he said i could possibly get a better monthly payment when i come in to pick up my car b/c its a new month and there are always different programs available. Does that sound right?
so far i have only seen 2 coupes around my way. i've seen a pearl white and a black one...it seems like alot of people aren't ordering the red coupe. i thought alot of people would have ordered that color. the black and white and blue seem to be the popular colors
i got mine from Koeppel Nissan in Queens. when did u order yours and how long did it take to pick up.? My monthly payments are looking to be in higher 300 range close to 400. what about you?toxik wrote:What monthly payments are you looking at? I'm also leasing my 2.5s with a convinience package. I ordered mine around June 1st and got it June 19th. I originally wanted Convinience package + Moonroof, for which they quoted me 310 a month (after bargaining). I took out the moonroof, because I want to be under 300. I'm currently paying 290 a month (w/ 3,000 down) for a 2.5s with convinience package.JTOTHAMOE wrote:

I got quoted for a similar coupe, but black, the MSRP was $24,000, a 60 month lease would've been $299 plus tax with $2500 down after dealing my way through, we were also repeat customers of the dealer and I was getting the car for like $150 under MSRP, but still the payments were too high. I ended up getting a base model for $280 a month with $2700 down, this after I showed them a printout from leasecompare.com, I reccomend this to anyone leasing a car, also go the last day of the month.JTOTHAMOE wrote:

It's possible but a lot harder, since they will have the car you want. Did you sign a deal, or leave a deposit? If you did, then no you can't really bargain it down. Plus the salesman might not be as willing. The only thing I did to get my price down was telling the sales guy what price range I'm looking for and if he can get me that deal, I'll sign it and leave a deposit.JTOTHAMOE wrote:

i did leave a deposit...and some form of paper but it wasnt the lease papers.i told the guys what price i was looking for but i also wanted a sunroof(which was very important to me) & some extras so that brought me up. oh do u know if i can add on thins to the car once i get it for instance like the bluetoothtoxik wrote:It's possible but a lot harder, since they will have the car you want. Usually thats a bad way to bargain since you never know what you can get, but with an 08 model, that was only out for less than 2 weeks at the time, there's no point.... you're not gonna get any great deals because no one is desperate but you.
Hands-free bluetooth is only part of the premium package. You can get an aftermarket GPS with hands-free bluetooth in it. That's what I did.JTOTHAMOE wrote:

Well I hope one of those dark slates makes its way to my driveway.altima coupe wrote:I think you are right. Your combo will be rare. The Navi with the 6 speed is rare and the blue is rare. In Ottawa, the dealer received a lot of black and Dark Slate.
What? How?MrSingh wrote:I just got my base 2.5s black coupe 2 days ago. I paid about 1700 under invoice for it, so without taxes, tags, title, I paid 20384 which they claimed was invoice. In the process of getting leather seats put in and suede headliner. I'll post pics once I get everything done. But this really is a great car and a couple people at the custom shops here can't believe its an altima cause it looks so badass.
Well a Stock 2.5S without any options, since he said he is putting in leather, would have a MSRP of $21,790(for CVT, Floor Mats, Dest. Chrg) or $21,290(for Manual), so I don't think he got $1700 off invoice, looks more like it is off MSRP.Carlosf22 wrote:What? How?
An aux port is a standard audio cable, it's the one that goes into your headphone jack; not charge port. I'm sure that you have an aux cable somewhere in your house, I know I found one when I went through a bunch of cables that came with my HDTV. Otherwise you can get one virtually at any computer website, or amazon, or just go to some store. You don't have to get a Monster cable or anything so don't overpay for an AUX cable, it won't make any difference.altim8 wrote:anyone have any idea how the aux input port works for an ipod? does the ipod end go into the earphone jack or the charge jack? i couldnt find too much online. will it charge the ipod? i have an ipod adapter from my old car, but the only power outlet in the altima is in the console box (which would make changing songs very difficult). where can i buy an aux cord?
