Me, I think I ordered one of the rarest one, a Blue 3.5SE, 6 speed manual with blond leather interior lol with nav and premimum.

40% of all coupes are 3.5SE, and it seems that every dealer is getting mostly CVT automatic instead of 6MT. Also, It seems that the azure blue color is more rare to come across. The dealers are getting silver, white and black mostly with red and dark slate in second . And for the leather, well blond looks to be only available with blue, red and white color.

So I think that i'd be hard pressed to find another one like mine in canada. Exclusivity ftw lol

I think you are right. Your combo will be rare. The Navi with the 6 speed is rare and the blue is rare. In Ottawa, the dealer received a lot of black and Dark Slate.

This is my first time on this site. I also am waiting to get my coupe I ordered a red 2.5 w/ convenience package and sunroof. i ordered the car June 15th and i will be getting it next week. i can't wait this will be my first new car

I will be leasing the car and i think my payments should be lower and i spoke to my sales rep and he said i could possibly get a better monthly payment when i come in to pick up my car b/c its a new month and there are always different programs available. Does that sound right?

so far i have only seen 2 coupes around my way. i've seen a pearl white and a black one...it seems like alot of people aren't ordering the red coupe. i thought alot of people would have ordered that color. the black and white and blue seem to be the popular colors

What monthly payments are you looking at? I'm also leasing my 2.5s with a convinience package. I got it from Queens Nissan.

I brought home my 2.5S, CVT, premium package, Azure Blue model on Saturday. I drove 130 miles to a dealer to get that specific car, and we actually got it for under MSRP. It was worth the drive.

well, i ordered a 3.5 SE dark slate w/ premo package on friday and was told it would take b/w 2-3 months to come in. monday i got a call sayin they had the same exact one except with VDC, and that i could pick it up that day. they waived the VDC price as long as i got the paint and leather treatment (which i recommend... looks HOT). i will post pics as soon as someone can tell me how!

ive only driven the car from the dealership and to work but hot DAMN this thing drives like a dream! bluetooth is SICK, bose audio is redonkulous, pick up is beautiful, and the stares people give are fantastic!

I ordered mine around June 1st and got it June 19th. I originally wanted Convinience package + Moonroof, for which they quoted me 310 a month (after bargaining). I took out the moonroof, because I want to be under 300. I'm currently paying 290 a month (w/ 3,000 down) for a 2.5s with convinience package.

I got quoted for a similar coupe, but black, the MSRP was $24,000, a 60 month lease would've been $299 plus tax with $2500 down after dealing my way through, we were also repeat customers of the dealer and I was getting the car for like $150 under MSRP, but still the payments were too high. I ended up getting a base model for $280 a month with $2700 down, this after I showed them a printout from leasecompare.com, I reccomend this to anyone leasing a car, also go the last day of the month.

It's possible but a lot harder, since they will have the car you want. Did you sign a deal, or leave a deposit? If you did, then no you can't really bargain it down. Plus the salesman might not be as willing. The only thing I did to get my price down was telling the sales guy what price range I'm looking for and if he can get me that deal, I'll sign it and leave a deposit.

Usually thats a bad way to bargain since you never know what you can get, but with an 08 model, that was only out for less than 2 weeks at the time, there's no point.... you're not gonna get any great deals because no one is desperate but you.

Great website to get advice on buying cars... helped me out alot. I had a dealer try to charge me $299 for "Security Coding." They etch your VIN on all windows and it supposedly saves money on auto insurance. Even if it does, it can't cost them more than $50 to do it!

Hands-free bluetooth is only part of the premium package. You can get an aftermarket GPS with hands-free bluetooth in it. That's what I did.

I also ordered a 3.5SE, 6-speed, prem & navi, precision gray on Sunday. I had been looking for a couple weeks for my car & no one had what I wanted. My sales guy looked in all western US & only found one in Utah but it was winter frost. I got a good deal so I decided to hold out for 2 months. I still haven't seen any on the road yet but reading everyone talk about their car is killing me.

Well I hope one of those dark slates makes its way to my driveway.

After hearing so many stories about how scarce these cars are the dealer I went to today told me that finding my choice - naigra grey, premium pkg - would take only a week or two. In fact he had a black one in his showroom and supposedly available immediately.

Don't know if this was just a sales pitch but I did give them a deposit. I hope they don't come back to me now & tell me none are available and that I'd have to wait a couple of months.

I just got my base 2.5s black coupe 2 days ago. I paid about 1700 under invoice for it, so without taxes, tags, title, I paid 20384 which they claimed was invoice. In the process of getting leather seats put in and suede headliner. I'll post pics once I get everything done. But this really is a great car and a couple people at the custom shops here can't believe its an altima cause it looks so badass.

The dealership is called Walkley Nissan in Ottawa. Go to the Nissan Canada site and build your coupe. Pump in that dealership name for the locate dealer then check for inventory matches. They might have your coupe. Are you looking for 3.5 or the i4? I think they have both with the M6. Not sure if everything will match (premium, transmission, engine) but it's worth a look. They might be able to trade cars by sending the black one back to them.

The car is worth the wait if not. I'm loving every minute with my Black 3.5 coupe.

Well a Stock 2.5S without any options, since he said he is putting in leather, would have a MSRP of $21,790(for CVT, Floor Mats, Dest. Chrg) or $21,290(for Manual), so I don't think he got $1700 off invoice, looks more like it is off MSRP.

Still a great deal thou.

Hopefully, they didn't add any crazy fees with tax and tags, since they lied to you about Invoice price.

anyone have any idea how the aux input port works for an ipod? does the ipod end go into the earphone jack or the charge jack? i couldnt find too much online. will it charge the ipod? i have an ipod adapter from my old car, but the only power outlet in the altima is in the console box (which would make changing songs very difficult). where can i buy an aux cord?

An aux port is a standard audio cable, it's the one that goes into your headphone jack; not charge port. I'm sure that you have an aux cable somewhere in your house, I know I found one when I went through a bunch of cables that came with my HDTV. Otherwise you can get one virtually at any computer website, or amazon, or just go to some store. You don't have to get a Monster cable or anything so don't overpay for an AUX cable, it won't make any difference.

I just ordered one on Ebay for $6 shipping included. In Canada, Future Shop has them for about $25. My guess is in the US, you could get it a Circuit City or any other Big Box Electronics store. Both ends are the size of a headphone Jack.
