Nah, I chose Azure blue (Adriatic blue here in Canada) with blond leather interior. (6MT, 3.5SE, navigation & premo package with moon roof and stability control)

Look's like someone DUB-ed the coupe with 20" wheels http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2679949

I personally don't like the design of those, but heck that's only my opinion lol

If anyone missed the commercial, here is a recording from the WAGA-ATL (FOX) channelhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7i_TZvBdr4k

Well a Stock 2.5S without any options, since he said he is putting in leather, would have a MSRP of $21,790(for CVT, Floor Mats, Dest. Chrg) or $21,290(for Manual), so I don't think he got $1700 off invoice, looks more like it is off MSRP.

Still a great deal thou.

Hopefully, they didn't add any crazy fees with tax and tags, since they lied to you about Invoice price.
Your right, I meant sticker price. Nah, no crazy fees or anything like that. I got the seats coming in from katzkin which the installer says looks better than getting a 4000 dollar custom job for a fraction of the cost...we will see.

So I just got an email from the dealer that I ordered my coupe from saying that it is set to be made on the 15th of July. Does anyone know where the US factory is located? And any idea how long it takes to make it and ship it to wherever it was ordered from? I'm getting so anxious.

I ordered it a MONTH ago and they still havent made it, such crap. Anyway, I guess I have a few more weeks to wait.

I believe they make this car in Tennessee. Correct me if I'm wrong.I'm in the same boat as you. I just ordered today..already trying to count down the days until I'll get mine.

They're made in Smyrna, Tennessee, south of Nashvile. You can look at the plant on Google Earth, looks pretty big from the sky. This car is awsome, I'm enjoying every second of it.

Hey everyone, I got a question, so since the coupe shares the same hood AND engine as the sedan; if I got an Intake for the 2007 2.5 Sedan, would it fit my coupe???....

The engines look exactly the same, so I guess yes, but there might be some aftermarket parts coming soon.

I saw a coupe with the spoiler in person the other day at a dealer in Conshohocken. MAN WAS THAT THING UGLY! It completely ruins the rear-end lines. Not to mention they added $2000 for market adjustment.

I'm not sure if it was the Nismo spoiler or not. It was a wing spoiler and looked like the one on page 7 of this thread.

The dealer must have had it installed, because it was not on the sticker. It was written in on the list of dealer installed accessories, i think it was somewhere between $600 and $800. But boy was it UGLY!

So i called this morning and the dealer told me that they had to check the warehouse to see if its in and the reason its taking so long is b/c of the 4th of july weekend. im hungry for my car already..lol

The coupes are now starting to hit the road, so far I've seen four or five. I see two everyday on my way to college plus mine, that's three plus the other 4 that were sold by my dealer while I was getting mine and while I wen't back a week later to give the detaling. Now there are two commercials, the first one and a new one where red coupes make up a robot.

I don't know if anybody else has noticed this, the coupe wasn't exactly going to look how it ended up looking, I love how it ended up at last. The coupe form the commercial has a chromed trunk handle thing, like the sedan. Many of the pictures in the manual show the coupe looking just like the sedan, but with two doors, looks weird.

I'm anxiously waiting for my coupe too. I put my deposit down on July 1st. My sales guy said he received a confirmation letter on July 5th that I would get my car sometime in August. This wait is killing me. I still haven't seen any on the road in my area. I only saw some on a truck being delivered.

I was told I would have to wait two months! Turns out they were able to find one for me within the province and in the end it took only a couple of weeks to get it! Got it yesterday.

I took shots that I was looking for when reading this forum - btw I signed on to nicoclub.com so I could post a thanks and put up some pics for those of you who are still waiting or thinking of getting a coupe and want to see more.

Thanks to all of you who posted pics and info about this car - this forum was an invaluable resource!

you can find my car here at http://sfalcon.ntrweb.com/altima

I took it for a long drive last night - I couldn't justify the money for the G37 and when this car hit the market I knew I had to have it! This car is everything I had hoped it would be. Powerful, responsive, awesome sound system, great interior. One thing that really strikes me is that the car feels really substantial compared to my last car - a mazda 3. Not to slam the 3, it was a good car for getting to and from work but wow this Altima feels like a car ought too.

Now back to forza 2 (can't race on the streets so I'll have to settle for on screen!).

Hope you get your's soon!

Simon

Hey all, just thought I'd post up some pics of my coupe that I picked up last Saturday...my friend took a bunch of pics using his digital SLR, they came out looking real sweet.

fyi, I got mine at the Dixie-401 dealership in Mississauga, and they had a lot of stock there, I was able to pick it up 3 days after ordering it.

I found a PDF copy of the 2008 Coupe Owner's Manual on Nissan's website...

Here's the link... http://www.nissanusa.com/pdf/t...a.pdf

Some of the drawings of the exterior look like they just took a drawing of the sedan and took off the rear doors.

Great pics hangtime23. I picked up my black 2.5S yesterday and it's fantastic. Got the Bluetooth synched up, the Homelink garage door opener buttons programmed and the 18 preset stations on the stereo.

thanks Juve_LT...

just wondering, regarding bluetooth (which I absolutely love btw), do you ever have any problems with the phone cutting off? I've found that sometimes, when I walk into my car, the phone will appear to be synched with the car's bluetooth system, but then when I try to dial it'll try to start dialing, but then I can see on my phone that it flashes quickly the # that it's trying to dial, and then just return to the main screen. I then have to turn my phone off and back on to get it working again...

you ever experience this?

Well I'd like to thank all you guys & gals for the invaluable resource you have been. I got my black 3.5SE with CVT and Premium package this week and have been loving it!

One question: just ahead of the rear wheels there are two patches on the side panels. Is this normal (used for protection from rocks kicking up) or is it there to cover up damage?

Its hardly noticeable - took me 2 days to see it. But its there and looks like some type of tape colored the same as the car. Anyone else have this on their's?

EDIT: BTW, it took me 1 week from order to pick-up since I took the showroom model. I had asked for silver but they were still looking for one 2 days after I gave them a deposit so I said I'd take the black.
