Sorry had to go back early and couldn't even touch the car. It's for sale through my buddies from warehousemotors.com. I can give you measurements.I've seen ppl weld aluminum tube to Maxima runners.

Had a CA18DET with MS2+ large turbo etc, will have a VQ30DE + turbo + probably ecumaster EMU.

I'm sorry about digging up this old thread, but I can't find an answer.
I'm replacing my old CA18DET engine with a FWD VQ30DE engine (3.0 V6 DOCH 141kw, A32 maxima 94-99) and planning to mate it with the original CA18DET 5-speed manual gearbox.
The question is - what flywheel to use?
If I have searched correctly, then maxima has never been available with a manual gearbox and a flex plate is useless for manual conversion - or have I misunderstood something?
Will a 350Z flywheel fit? If it fits, then I would need a suitable clutch disk and fabricate/modify the bellhousing.
