Picked up a full Sarona lip kit including front lip, matching side skirts and the rear diffuser they offer (not the rear oem lip). Also got a trunk lip from them and some eye lids for the head lights for my M35X and my Jeep SRT8.

Oh and I bought a Jeep Srt8 :naughty:

Cars in the body shop being repaired from the accident. Will post pics when done.

Just completed (well .. Infiniti just completed what I always recommend to anyone buying a used car. I had all the fluids changed. I included the pricing from the dealer in case anyone wonders:

Transmission (actual complete flush with removal of pan(s), clean magnets, inspect for filings, etc.
Flush, exchange, inspect:
90.00 labor / flush
129.00 fluid 10 qts Matic-S MTS00P
15.00 trans conditioner L4100
14.13 waste and shop supplies
_____________________________
$ 248.13 total

Rear Diff fluid:
113.70 labor
30.00 2 qts limited slip oil
8.62 waste and shop supplies
______________________________
152.32 total

Brake Fluid Exchange:
118.95 labour and flush
19.95 1qt DOT-3 fluid
8.34 waste and shop supplies
______________________________
147.24 total

Coolant Flush:
95.95 labor and flush
24.95 long-life anti-freeze AF000P
7.20 waste and shop supplies
______________________________
$127.15 total

Brakemotive:
90.00 front axle replace rotors and pads
90.00 rear axle replace rotors and pads
____________________________________
$180.00 total

Complete inspection:
95.99
________________________________________________
$95.99 total

Total for today's services:
950.83
-95.99 (inspection service waived for customer)
________________________________________________
$854.84

*** I had a cow after learning they charged $180 just to install the brakemotive kit after I was charged for a brake fluid exchange with labor already included ! So my service guy (Brian) made them waive the cost for the inspection which, by the by, came out absolutely perfect.

Some will say: Mate, they took you for a ride. You could do all of this yourself for a pittance compared to these prices!
I say, consider this:
1) who warranties work that you did yourself and if you need documentation it was done, how do you prove it?
2) I will wash my own car, change my own oil and filter, engine air filters, seat and cabin filters, bulbs etc. But nothing
that can leave me stranded or endanger precious cargo (me !! and others) should be treated cheaply.

Seems they have decided to brand their logo on them now and I'm not into it.
How can I use to safely remove the logo without scratching/damaging the acrylic?
I just got my new set (old set was still on the old M that was totaled last Sept). I, too, was disappointed to see that AVS now place their logo on the driver's and passenger's pieces. I can feel that the logo is 'raised' so I thought it may be a very thin decal, but I am unable to lift any corners si maybe it feels raised because it was sprayed on using a stencil? This is a head-scratcher! I will update if I find a way to remove it safely. Please update if you find a way as well. Otherwise, we will have to consider this as permanent and get over it, LOL.

I'm pretty sure it's stamped on Larz. May try some of that Goo Gone. I'll prob spot test on the end of the small piece and see what happens.

Look'n forward to seeing your new wheels!

I don't know if it would work, and if it would, I don't know whether or not it would do any damage to the visors, but if you want to take the risk, one of these might do the trick:

New wheels and tires installed Saturday ! Ventus S1noble2 255/40/19 on Lupo 19X 8.5 +40 wheels. Had them out on the motorway approaching 100mph and they are absolutely brilliant !!
I bought the wheels AND tires at Tire Rack and here is the deal they give you: If you buy 4 wheels and 4 tires at the same time, they mount them for free, balance them for free, and install new TPMS for about $150. All I had to do was get them shipped to the local tire shop I use (ordered on Monday - arrived here Thursday) and the shop installed them and did an alignment. I get free alignments because I went for the 3yr special with unlimited alignments on my 07 M and they transferred that contract to the 09 M for free. My cost at the tire shop to install and align was 0$. The cost for 4 new tires on 4 new wheels was just over $2,000 shipped.

Wheelwells clearance: fills wheel well by extra 5mm (0.2 inches)

I was worried that going down to a 40 aspect might change the ride quality, but I am happy to say it did NOT. I love the way the 255s grip and handle. I had 255s on my 07 M as well. They look and perform better than the 245s. And when the caliper covers get here next week, that will be the cherry on top, LOL.

Chipped 2 rims on a snow covered curb with a dip...no sidewalk...smh. Stood there and watched afterwords and a few other cars ended up doing the same thing...but lucky them on stock wheels. If I listened to myself and put on my winter rims I wouldn't be so pissed right now.

I bought sideskirts and rear bumper valence for 200 off of a wrecked (hit in the front) 2006 M 35X, no damage to the skirts or the rear bumper. Now I have the skirts from the sport package and the rear skirt and the 2008 - 2009 sport front bumper that I bought before Christmas. the only problem is I have two sets of side skirts, and I think I like the sport side skirts better than the first ones I bought with the front bumper.

Looks good!! I'll probably - finally - pick up the Sorona side skirts once I move to CT...I can drive down and see them in person and not have to spend money on shipping :)

Lowered my M this weekend on Tein H Techs. I'm happy with the way it looks and the ride actually feels smoother! I'll be going in for an alignment after i put a couple hundred miles on it. Today I had the windows tinted, 30% all around. Roof and trunk spoilers will be next...maybe. ;)

^ regarding the LED interior lighting, which company did you go with initially? When I get a chance, I'll to see if I can find the link to the seller that I went through...he's local here in Southern Cali and does a lot of work for various car interior lighting...

I went with the 5K 'white output'. Here's a shot of my interior lighting (snapped the pix with my Canon DSLR - no flash)
