Seems they have decided to brand their logo on them now and I'm not into it.
How can I use to safely remove the logo without scratching/damaging the acrylic?
I just got my new set (old set was still on the old M that was totaled last Sept). I, too, was disappointed to see that AVS now place their logo on the driver's and passenger's pieces. I can feel that the logo is 'raised' so I thought it may be a very thin decal, but I am unable to lift any corners si maybe it feels raised because it was sprayed on using a stencil? This is a head-scratcher! I will update if I find a way to remove it safely. Please update if you find a way as well. Otherwise, we will have to consider this as permanent and get over it, LOL.
Im glad my well visors didn't come with the logo lol I was nervous it would of came with a white logo that said well visors. But AVS visors look nice

First M with Red Interior ?

Just a heads up because I know it mite be something you would be interested in. 2012 and up Cherokee SRT8 6 piston calipers bolt up to are cars lol a lot of people don't know but I'm just spreading the secret I'm waiting for my srt8 calipers to come so I can post it. Only mod is bolts from threw the caliper to the hub fits but it's a little off so you have to open the hole not the caliper but on to bolt holes on the car couple mm so the bolt can go threw so it doesn't cross thread.

Did you dye the leather or have it redone? Can you show the interior door pics?

Finally got all four doors fitted with new speakers. What a complete pain in the a**. It's not worth the trouble to install component sets in all four doors if you are just going to use the stock system for power but that, of course, is not the final intention.

Image

I assume it's because of the impedance and sensitivity of the two sets of Focals I installed, but there is only about 3/4 of the volume I had with the stock speakers. Grant it, these speakers still sound MUCH better, but just are at lower volumes.

On to Phase II once the Fall hits. Too hot here, right now, to be crawling around in a trunk.

Today I finished converting all interior lights (unless door courtesy lights are interior) to LED and also finished all exterior to LED (except turns, high beam, and low beam HID, will always keep that HID). But turn signals are currently in my cart and I am eager to get started on them. I will try to figure out the picture thing and post some before/after.in between pics for all of you, even though I am sure you all have seen LED upgrades a million times :/

One of the cats went out and I've just passed inspection so to get rid of CEL (been only 15-20 miles with test pipes on, will update) and to spend as little as possible prior affording nice HFCs, I've put Megan resonated test pipes  . I could have gone $10 defouler route and I almost did, but tinkerer in me chaged my mind the very last minute. Maaaan...breaker bar and extensions (24" each) saved the day! Along with 1.5 ton aluminum low profile jack that I got on sale from Harbor Freight ($65 tax included woot wooot).

Now my Stallion M35 has dual personality: If you baby it - he sounds like a behaved but slightly throaty gentleman; as soon as you punch it - crazy Fuga Samurai lets out a battlecry and cuts off your....! :naughty:

I have z tube, drop in K&N and Megan axle backs and once I subbed cats for resonated test pipes sound has definitely changed. It's like a fluttering metal flute was added in addition to increasing the pitch of the sound. Still getting used to changed sound, but I definitely like that while cruising it's very reasonable and almost no change from just axle backs. Of course there is smell, but for me it's not that bad because I grew up in an oil country and smelling some form of burned or unburned petrolium just smells like home.

...and oh yeah, I do notice a slight kick in acceleration that sounds like I have helluva lot more :bigthumb:

p.s. almost forgot, changed out trunk hydraulic lifts from "Lift Supports" and now it's like it should be - brand new feel

Did this a while ago but added Flowmaster 10's to the car. They replaced my Flowmaster 40's. Resonators deleted.
