Ive seen that right up before, the problem with that is trying to get the clear plastic pattern to match up with the red plastic pattern and for it not to look cheep. if i went that way i would do clear on both the top and bottom. but since im not doing that and i dont want to drop 400 bucks out of my bank for tail light i figured saving change wouldnt be a hit to my pocket when it came time to purchase them (this spring) . and what i mean by "2 1/2 liters" is ive been filling empty soda bottles .:P

Must I remind you that this IS the recession, Errbody broke?

Er, wait. I will make enough money to afford them. But I just dont want to!

Cost wise, thats JDM tail lights or 3 injectors out of the 6 needed...

Or DIY tails vs. Dinner for one night. I don't see the issue when they look exactly alike :gotme

thats why i am literally saving my pennies. i have been for almost 2 years. that way its like it almost cost me nothing other than my change from my pocket.

oh and they dont look exactly a like. there is a reason why many spend the 300+ for read JDM.

But i completely understand your reasoning for wanting the injectors first. trust me if i had maintenance to get done first i would. but right now i dont. I need adjustable suspension parts for my powertrix coil overs that have been sitting my garage since last spring . :ohno: :ohno: those will come with tax refunds !!!!!

I looked at it in my garage, had the itch to drive it, then remembered it's winter.

Well, recently.. Got new tires, wheels, and lugs.. haven't put them on yet because the Z is getting worked on. 120k kit, plennum pull, and a whole bunch of other things getting done to it. Then I'm throwing the wheels on! I hope within the next month and a half or so, I'll have the JSpec fascia installed as well as the Twinz type 1 nose panel. :)

^ schweet! Pics or ban yourself!

Got the carbon fiber hood last week.. will be needing to patch up a spot on it, but it will look clean. (had an aluminum hood but IDC, i like carbon fiber. And it does weigh only slightly less, believe it or not.)

Drank 3 more beers, took off the "300ZX" stickers from my doors, and possibly worked out a deal to get my car painted for free! Hmmm...might have a couple more and see what happens next...
