Michelin Pilot Sport PS-2's, 275/40/R17 out back and 255/40/R17 in front. I can use our company's Michelin National account and get about 30% off. The savings are great, can't complain!

Also new PCV's and hoses

In the last month my dad went into the hospital for serious back surgery, the holidays came and went, and the last week of 2011 that I was supposed to have off I worked because the project I am on is behind schedule. In addition I've had to in what little free time I've had do maintenance on my 4Runner and replace a bunch of front suspension part on my dad's EP3 (because though he is walking and healing up he still cannot do heavy manual labor). I was going to start next weekend but just found out that I have to go to San Antonio starting Sunday for a week to do QC and witness some precast pours for our project. So I have not had any time to actually get the engine pulled, however everything is ready to go, laid out neatly on a table in the garage and just begging to go in. Once we've made up the schedule (which should be in about a month) we are going back to working 4-10s. I hope to get it going before then, but in all likelihood it'll be at least 6 weeks before she's back on the road which makes me sad because I am going to miss all the cold weather. So there ya go, that's about it in a nutshell.

Glad to hear your dad is doing better, and don't worry about your Z rebuild. You're lucky enough to drive it year round. My mistress' pu__y has been frozen for weeks now.

Lucky you, my old lady hates the Z, she liked my 88 Mustang better. On the bright side, she leaves me alone when I'm working on it!!!!

And I picked up my new tires today! Got bored and spent some time cleaning under the hood, and put some serious thought into pulling the plenun and upgrading the injectors. But not tonight, it's -32C.

Out of curiosity, do you do your own work on your Z or do you bring it to a special shop or a Nissan dealer with a mechanic that knows 300ZX in the Montreal area?
