I was never a big fan of the sound, it's just a big SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! sound lol I like to hear my exhaust on full boost.
Well that sucks. If you've been sitting on it too long, even if they offered some type of warranty, they probably wouldn't honor nowWhite Comet wrote:going over to work on the car shortly. pretty sure the rad is cracked though
lol at "cx racing". f*** that s***. im drunk and i can understand that ebay s*** sucks.DriftBoy07 wrote:Sorry to hear about the radiator, I picked up my rad/e-fans/shroud and my intercooler/piping from ebay and the only issue I had was my cold pipe being too tall & hitting my hood.
Hit or miss I guess
Wow after that story, I won't be purchasing another CXracing product again...White Comet wrote:yeah i tried to have them do something and the OWNER was very rude and told me he doesnt care about my problems. he said you have 15 days to return the item and even though i explained that it sat in the box in the corner of the garage the whole time and was never used or damaged in anyway he said it wasn't his problem. he said all he could do was give me a discount on another rad but i probably won't like that one either. i told him that i don't respond well to sarcasm and that i will never purchase any of their products again
The fitment of the intercooler wasn't that great. The piping was a given since I bought the kit for a SR, but the intercooler itself had pretty pathetic brackets in useless shapes that had to be cut up and bent to have my intercooler fit.DriftBoy07 wrote:Why dont you like it Razi?
i've heard stories about these knockoff companies not giving a fck about the customer, all they want is your money.White Comet wrote:yeah i tried to have them do something and the OWNER was very rude and told me he doesnt care about my problems. he said you have 15 days to return the item and even though i explained that it sat in the box in the corner of the garage the whole time and was never used or damaged in anyway he said it wasn't his problem. he said all he could do was give me a discount on another rad but i probably won't like that one either. i told him that i don't respond well to sarcasm and that i will never purchase any of their products again
ehh its the only non name brand part on my car so i'm not surprised either, but i at least thought it'd last a little. before i bought it i read nothing but good reviews of people having them for over 2 years and they were fine. at the time pbm was out of stock, mishimoto was over $60 more and still not the best and koyo was 4 times as much. pbm is out of stock again but i'm probably gonna give them as much time as i can to get more in stock.Bumnah wrote:Exact reason why I only buy name brand stuff.
Now people are starting to f***ing realize... When it's too late.spooled240 wrote:

I'll never buy from them ever again...customer support is number one IMHO, even if they are selling s*** straight from china
yeah it sucks that its too late for me now, but idk i was more willing to try new companies until this incident. i just figure every company has to be new at some point. at first people were wary of pbm but now they're established. the only reason i took a chance on my isis lines too is cuz i got em from enjuku and their customer service is top notch if something goes wrong.ILoveMyRHS13 wrote:Now people are starting to f***ing realize... I love buying brand name. <3
Jeff, I might be tagging along with Keegan today if he comes up so we'll help out... Well, he will.
You should stop explaining yourself. It really doesn't matter to me what YOU put in YOUR car. Everyone can rationalize any decision they made. I'm just another guy on the internet with an opinion.White Comet wrote:ehh its the only non name brand part on my car so i'm not surprised either, but i at least thought it'd last a little. before i bought it i read nothing but good reviews of people having them for over 2 years and they were fine. at the time pbm was out of stock, mishimoto was over $60 more and still not the best and koyo was 4 times as much. pbm is out of stock again but i'm probably gonna give them as much time as i can to get more in stock.
