I would also like to see the shrouds around the lights in chrome. So pretty much all the chrome that was on the stock lights would stay, and everything that was gry would be painted black. I think that the solid black ones you first did just looked a lil plain. But i know its just the proto type so I am anxiously waiting for the finished product.
next set of lights that are comming in the owner wants it all left chrome with a chrome shroud they should be here next week. going to see if i can get a bmw shroud into them for him with a nice chrome finish

Sory Brandon, wood like to help, but I can't get my lights apart.

Send grystrm a message, he might still have his lights apart, or maybe has the measurements you are looking for.

[Let me know when Brandon :-)] I ordered a second set because I cannot not drive my car, I don't have a second car to drive in the mean time.

Also, Once brandon is done with my reto fit and I install them in my car, I'll be willing to sell the current stock ones on my car if anyone is interested.
Domdada has an extra set. Maybe you can you work out some sort of deal for his 2nd set.

There have been several post on this forum about totaled A/Cs.

Post what junkyard your car went to, if you happen to know where the car went.

I buy new rotors whenever they get rusty. If money is tight, I'll use the 'lightly engage brakes for a couple seconds' technique as a work around to the issue.

Sorry that rust is there because I just washed the car, to get rid of that just drive your car and brake, that rust comes right off.

Really? You buy a new set of rotors everytime they get rusty if you have the cash? You must go through rotors like crazy.

anyways to get things back on topic heres some cutoff pictures, there about the measurements i got from members in terms of height and what not so hopefully this will be the same once they go back on the car. plus a nice little goody i got for spock (some nice shrouds). cutoffs look a little slanted in pictures due to what i had holding the lights

shrouds are half on, the back part of the shrouds are mounted, waiting for them to dry before i put the front cap on, i will tell you that there is no more bulge on the side like before and now its a nice rounded shroud. hopefully this is proving the naysayers wrong about the cutoff and being disappointed with the lights

for night shots your going to have to wait till spock gets them back in his car as all i could do to power them up was take my lights out and run them off of there. sorry about that guys just wanted to show you that the cutoff is fixed now
