Good deal....

For now I've added your list to the FAQ thread. If you find more stuff you can post it in this tread and I'll simply add it to Wes's post.

Thanks Roger! I updated the post with the window trim thread, the others don't really have any "How To:" type info unless I missed it and if I did I apologize.

I think some of the subjects should have multiple threads under them because there are different methods used.

Im saying this because there are multiple window trim, fog, dash and tint threads. Including ones i haven't mentioned yet

Okay now what about creating the sticky for this, just use the list posted and we can keep adding in the new stick thread.

Thanks but can you create a "HOW TO:" sticky so it's easier to find? I also corrected the spelling of Index for the first link and the AIR BOX MOD link

Another fix to add is the one that WOT did on how to take out headlight lens scratches.

Someone just asked about it, and it would be something that many people would think they couldn't fix, and blow money unnecessarily. One of the neat things about this site, helps us all save money on fixing stuff ourselves. Thanks guys.

MODs are you getting this? Come on guys lets get moving! Since you haven't appointed a dedicated MOD to our forum you will have to keep updating the thread that you have yet to create, which obviously includes inserting suggestions like Roger's for content.

Thanks for those Roger. It's a shame the mods have forgotten about us again and we still don't have a dedicated "Hot To: List" sticky. I also think Fueler has something with the Death Sway. Maybe we should also add in the blower motor issue and the stuck seat motor issue.

You got me, I think once again the MOD's have forgotten us. This is supposed to be it's own sticky not in the FAQ. There's no reason to make it difficult to find.

Dude it's not the FAQ it needs to be added to. They need to create a sticky for it. They've obviously forgot about us so we've just got to keep bumping this thread until they figure it out.

Well I emailed Greg from NICO last week about this thread and haven't gotten a response. I'm sure he's just really busy with all of the important sections of NICO. And they say we don't need a PM system.

So, do you have to be a mod to make changes to the forum or is there someone else thats responsibe for the frontpage? If mods can do it, how do you become one? I spend enough time just sitting on the forum, I could use some of that time to do something constructive.

Only a mod can edit other member's posts, create sticky threads, threaten members and generally change things around. They don't pay attention to our section so them appointing a suitable pathy/qx4 owner to take over is doubtful. We campaigned for Fueler a while back but they weren't having it and made it totally clear that we have no vote. It is what it is. If it's any consolation I'd vote for ya bro. If I was a mod I'd be banning people who habitually have poor grammar and ignore their spell checker.

Here's one more. How To: Changing the Fuel Filter

Can we get a status on this? These are some really useful walk-throughs that need to be permanently posted at the top of the forum. Come on NICO help us out!
