dude. it looks very nice. reminds me of when i got my head back from the shop. first big step in my build was over once i got the head back on.

are you going solid lifters still or going to use the hydraulic ones?

nice fram oil filter lol. i think it is the same one i have. the guys on here are pretty adamant about not using them cause they are cheep. so i will start using Napa ones.

I'm running AMSOIL 0w-30 in the Evo, with a wix filter. The stuff rocks, but when I get an oil analysis it will tell for sure.

Thanks man im stoked at how awsome it looks i just cant wait any more!!!

The transmission should hold 2.4 lieter in the transmission, GL-4 gear fluid you have to buy 3 bottles and 2.4 is what the FSM says but 2.5 is just as fine.

Oh my god man that's gorgeous. I missed what type of valves springs and retainers (tomei also?) you have but holy crap I salute you. Just an immaculate gorgeous job so far. Such a clean install, and I like the ziptie idea. I dropped my KA lower timing chain and that was the biggest pain in my ***....

Looking forward to plenty more pics!
