Here is a list of what i need to do to get my SR running:........................................................................................

Finish fabing the heater hoses on the coolant hard lines.

Install my water pump.

Mount up my battery box in the trunk to run cable and and solder it from the starter cable to the battery.

Rewire and solder my SR igniter back on my engine Harness along with my Z32 maf Plug

Fab my Intercooler pipe and mount my intercooler on the car

Fill my clutch fluid and adjust the pedal

bolt my Peakboost manifold tothe head with my mr gaskit copper exhuast gaskit. And bolt my Topspeed Intake manifold with my circuit sports intake thermal gaskit to the head.

Put my top mount turbo oil an coolant lines on

I need to wrap my Peakboost dumtube elbow with some exhuast wrap.

Bolt my Exhuast on

clean out my IACV

I allready installed my deatsch werks injectors in my stock fuel rail and i need to trim the tabs for the the clips on the harness a little, then bolt the fuel rail to the Topspeed Intake manifold.

Put the brake hard lines on with the Z32 BMC along with ss braided brake lines and my put Motul RBF 600 Factory Line Dot 4 Racing Brake Fluid in the resivoir

I think thats pretty much it

yeah pretty much Thats all the little things and sometimes they take a while. Like im wireing up my z32 maf plug to my engine harnes right know lol.

Whenever i work on my SR I like to take my time and do it right unlike some people that that i know that just rush rush and then they make it look like its all rigged and nasty looking. Just that makes me mad cause some people just dont have the pride and joy like myself and alot of other people do.

And ben i can most definatly see that your doing a reallllllly fine job I like it alot man. Its awsomeI cant wait till its running.

Be leery of those cut and clamp style water temp gauge things. They are just asking for leeks and wierd readings.

Your best bet would be to get one from custom steel, or off Zilvia that bolts between the factory water neck and the head

That is for the FWD Sentra one (like mine) that hids the sender under the cas, keeping it clean.

http://www.zilvia.net/f/showth...apter

For the Zilvia one by Touge Factory (which puts the sender ontop)

In most cases, this little add on is cheaper than the in hose pieces as well. Plus then you don't have that ugly clampped section and random ground wire running along it :D

OMG Hey man im sorry i never got around to posting why i stitch welded it and how i did it.

ok i welded mine cause my engine bay on my chassis had frame damge really bad and over time with really stiff Coilovers straight from Japan land . It had cracked and eventually torn and one day at a drift event here in Houston I had to find out the worst way it could ever destroy itself.

well it took me about a whole day to get it preped cleaned and stitch welded

First I had to grind the seam sealer with a wire wheel and clean the Seam off then Stitch weld the seem and beleive me it takes a while getting the seam off

You're talking about the OLD couple right? Your new couple was stitched to prevent that, correct?

sweet build up man.

Quick question. Does that Peak Boost Turbo Mani leave enough room between the turbo exhaust housing and the brake lines?

-Thanks-

Hey Thanks man, umm yeah their is a little bit of room but not much my dump pipe elbow actually touches the brake booster and the firewall But im wrapping the elbow and i have a turbo blanket for the turbine side of the turbo. so it should work.

yeah, I have the problem of the exhaust housing allmost touching the brake lines. I bent the lines as much as I could but they are still only 1/4-1/8 inch from touching. I guess when I get it running ill see what happens.

If it's touching now, it'll touch more when revving.

I strongly suggest removing that tube and purposely denting it in that area to keep it from rubbing. If that touches, it'll only promite cracking and make bat rattly noises

As far as the brake lines are concerned, I would sugest looking into DEI or similar heat sheath for them.

yea on my car with the bottem mount and tubular runners i am thinking about just putting a sweat band deal around my fluid reservoir but i mean it the blow by tube are fine then it seems like the brake fluid reservoir should be fine.

Man, if I had a tig welder id just make my own manifold but right now all i gots a 110 mig and the welds are kinda ****ty and big for something like a manifold.

I might have a local shop do a manifold for me if it ends up hitting my brake lines.

Does anyone know of a brake booster or master cyl that is shorter or that has the brake lines coming outta the other side?
