If it does it has a lifetime warrenty. There working on a new design for srs thou, dont know how much better its gonna be. Mine took like 2 months to get though.GTR PrYdE wrote:The manifold is very sexy though... I don't think it'll every need ANY work done to it.
Nor have I. But it's bad4ss seeing those who can afford it though.bgsr240 wrote:Indeed.
But I have yet to find a tree around where I live that has money growing on it.
LOL yep im 19..idahotuner wrote:jordan is only 19 wow.
lol i am 19. have you seen my build. its in my siggy.
i guess it is just a personal option of what to spend the money one. am fixing tons of stuff. so i got a bottem mount turbo set up.
props on going top mount.
Thats how long mine took to get which is 2 months, Because they are made after you order it so the down time is usally around 2 months i think.srdub-t wrote: If it does it has a lifetime warrenty. yeah i know what you mean that would be sweet if they could stock them, but i guess it really didnt mater for me at the time cause i was just working every single day of the week makeing money to buy parts for the build so i had time to wait.idahotuner wrote:wow i could never wait that long for parts. why dont they stock the manifolds. instead of making them each time. but still that is pathetic. fora turn around time
i like my parts to be here 5-7 days after i order.
Lucky. I'm in school right now and its costing me over $8500 a semester, but in two more years I'll have my mechanical engineering degree and start out with a base salary of something like $60K plus/ per year. I guess then I can move up to the "next level" in the 240 scene lol.Slideways^Jordan wrote: it only took one weeks paycheck working construction in a plant to get that manifold and a few other things.
Badass man looks like your heading in the right direction, lol thats funny im sitting right beside my peakboost Mani lol. but yea im pretty sure that its 1-3/4 inch pipeing they used on the runners all the way up to the turbo flange cuase thats what i measured just now.bgsr240 wrote:

Slideways, I was wondering if you could do me favor and measure the diameter of the tubing of the Peakboost manifold somehow? This is going to sound dumb but I think that I am going to try to replicate it. I would like to know so that I can start gathering materials. I have a lot of experience with Autocad for making a sort of template to follow and my uncle has a tool and die place with a flowjet that can cut the turbo and wastegate flanges. There's a MIG in my shop that is just itching to be used. If it doesnt work out what am I out of lol? Time? At least it will give me something to do on these freezing @ss cold nights when everybody else just sits inside and watches the same old boring movies over and over lol. You never know, It could actually turn out pretty good.
post them man.Slideways^Jordan wrote:im about to post some before and after pics of the block before i cleaned it.

ok Devin my new completion date is going to be Feb. 22nd so this gives three weeks which is plenty of time for me to finish it, if it goes well ill be done before the deadline. I have already taken the old diff off and now eady to put the KaaZ 2 way on with the new axles.GTR PrYdE wrote:when's the completion date jordan?! I talked to jose, he said to call him if you need help with anything, he's got way more spare time than I do
yep im going to use the tires that are on the g35 wheels right now and then just get some new tires later. They just dont have the valve stems in the wheels which is retarded, i think the original owner took them out for the air sensor.GTR PrYdE wrote:Do you have tires for the g35 wheels? I can put you some valve stems for free, I have alot
lol Yeah, i rember that lil incidentidahotuner wrote:dude. that is really clean. and nice. did they pressure tank it.

Why. i would leave it on just as a safety precaution thing.codyace wrote:Take that silly upper guide off and throw it in the weeds
Yes coat both sides evenly. us a piece of wire. to hold the gasket while you spray it. then try to not touch any where it should seal when you slid it into the block.Slideways^Jordan wrote:
And do i need to spray the block side of the ARP studs with the copper spray a gaskit
I tightened my Head studs 20-40-60-80 working my way out from the center. basically backwards of taking the head offSlideways^Jordan wrote: after i get the studs hand tight what do i need to tourqe the ARP nuts to in sequence after the head is on.
