Stylepointzz - I'm not on driftpa because I don't drift but do they have other stuff on there like autox and car meets? Also, I don't have my car up here this year since I'm still living in a dorm, maybe next year.

JRPS13 wrote:didderson, did you use the s13 locking plate for the s14 inner tie rods?????
Great question. NO. f*** that I use red loctite thread locker lol. I hate getting those things off. Loctite is much easier. I had to take off my PBM inner tie rod inserts because the s14 inners don't fit well. Sorry if this is a late response.

I go to the HBG campus of psu. Probably won't ever transfer to main because I don't want to leave mah friend base in hbg.

Yes, I just drive my car now. Don't need much else done to it, the starter relay wasn't failing, it was just the clutch inhibitor switch button being out of the way, adjusted.

I mean cmon guys I built this car in like 2 months. Yall suck.

I've taken interest in a fine lady recently so I haven't been helping my buds even when I'm in town LOL sorry. Like I said I'll find a balance sometime. She taketh some sweet pics compared to my skills or phone bull. Even though the conditions weren't really perfect for car shoots o well .Her dub. I don't think she'll slam it or +wheels... you'd have to see the roads around there... Regardless, she likes/desires to collect dubs as much as I with Nissans. Keegan IDK how u do it. Just don't go down belmont toward wolf rock rd lol.

:/ thanks man, it's really bad up close. It was worse though. Been thru a lot in 20 yrs. Bird egg fell on the hood in summer from a tree... yea. Scratches too o well. Rear bumper is real bad but I parallel park at school so f that.I'm going to paint the roof black next spring/summer.New paint job OE color when i graduate... again.I'm not a fan of rattling a car that looks good/decent as is. I like not having to care about the paint also lol.

Hopefully i'll have some videos of an autoX run that I just did. For now here's mah car at Turkey Hill for some good 93 octane and a rockstar drink on autox day. I filled her up and then when we got back I walked the course and was like oh alright I wanna run LOL. So I had a full tank when I ran but still better times than last time. I have to cop the times from their website but generally speaking i did 60 sec, 59, 58 2 cones, and a 56.9 or something IIRC.

Sweet artsy pic. Car's like 2 weeks dirty so the rain helped hide that. Can't really wash my car up here and when I go home I'd rather spend time with Cait, but she's probably down for washing the s13 hrmmmmmmmm...More pics from Joel's facebook. He's the dude with a real cam but these were just /saveas'd from facebook so no real good res anymore.Looks aren't everything, but the magnum posted a best time of like 64 or 63 seconds lol!

Me on 3.5 hrs of sleep because yeah heheh . Lookin like a nub doing what I can to get some more grip out of these small a** tires. I should have knocked it down yet another 2 psi. I ran 30 up front, 29 rear cold for this event. Shoulda kept my pressure gage on me.Looks cool w/ the hatch up.

The parking lot used for the event was rough around the last slalom so I only had the coils at 9/10 stiffness. Much better this time. Adjusting em is ezsauce

Joel wanted to get the street sign in the pic lol. I cleaned it 2 days earlier doing royal purple oil change again. OH and I got a sweet oldschool pure one filter. I love the finish on those.

Entering the area.

I need to plug my phone in and upload the pics of other cars/ppl. Updating a friend's phone on my pc atm so nope. TTyl nicooo

Idk. Sry guys I'll just whore my car for a few months. Winter me and the girl are workin on it so maybe she'll make it to mah threadddddddd!http://www.scca-susq.com/resul....htmlI'm down in the SM class, my real name is Tom O'Neill lol...times incase u dont wanna go there:6) sm 317 Oneill, Thomas 90 Nissan 240sx Blue 60.099 | 58.229 | 61.912+2(cones assessed for the total of 61 etc) | 56.638 | difference: 0.777

Not bad at all for street tires! I'm happy wow. 6th out of 10 eh.

FYI: my times from june 7th 2009 were: 70.584 | 65.494 | 61.730 | 63.104 | diff: 3.578The course was half different but still, I definitely improved because last time I came in last place for my class lol. Nervous first time def.

Kittah...

She took all these pics by the way, from the autoX: my fav staging photo:

I took some locals for a ride, some 240sx'ers and some DSM nubs :P

turn 1: runs 2,3,4 i basically powered over this turn all the time lol.

My fav except it highlights that dent u guys complain about

Pits /run staging phone pics by me: this rx7 was hott temp wise, freakin wankels! Hood up to cool the motor yo.Some mean a** competition lol. I still get excite though.

Doesn't really match up to other builds. Idk you feel like a bump on a log when you 'cant' make any progress for the time being but at least I got out. Those were new federal ss535 tires up front that I broke in like a real meanie... So I finally don't have mismatched tires and I love it. Nankangs were quieter though but they sucked. Few days earlier pic: tire size there for u guys. For some reason I thought i had 45 series sidewalls. whew.

Changed the oil royal purp 5w-40 for the winter too that friday.

Had a problem with the starter last car meet up in HBG, emergency trip home and to keegan/dougs for some relays in case things were broken. Turns out the signal wire got plenty of 12V voltage so it was just the little nipple on the solenoid it clips to was full of gunk, bad connection. Cleaned it with carb cleaner, sanded the metal then connector protector and she starts everytime now. Can't thank u enough keegan for the prompt advice and takin' the time to give me free s*** lol! Nice ride too yo, bats*** crazy indeed.

bonus HBG meet pic. Sweet clean a** 240 lowered on xxr's. My engine bay's the best thing about my car, other than that I'm like meh right now lol.

Long words updates lol. I miss the lanc scene but this hbg thursday night stuff is the s*** right now.L8

Alright small recap of the past month?

some nub hit my car and didn't tell me or leave moneys, so meh whatever at least it's replaceable/fixable easily. I'm debating whether to fix it in 2011 when i can stop parking on the street or what but IDK.So i have matching fender dents lol.

Just had to post this sweet pic Cait took when we were out in hbg last sat night. It's awesome I want it to be my sig but I don't care to make one atm lol.

My new mod!Compliments of WC/jeff LOL. Yeah my oem 300zx one was dying on me go figure, that's what the splatter marks are from on the rad, leaking coolant = no fun. Easy fix tho.

We'll see how long this CXracing rad cap holds up lol.

That's bout it, I think I should hook up my dome lights/ hazard lights to a power source wire sometime soon... Getting annoying with the sun being lower more often now.

Drift event this sunday! PAdrift crew that doug's also going to. I'm taking Josh/ HBpignose yo. We will get plenty of footage. I have 2 sets of tires... aka the tires that came on the shell w/ the sawbladezzzzzz wheelzzzzzz

Oh yeah and that's some of my phone number on the IC pipe there, the amish dude just wrote that on when I had him weld up the BOV bung. lawl

Normally you'd want to go to a thicker oil viscosity on a turbo motor.

Mind if I ask why you went to 5w40?
