keeep the flex pipe, you'll save ur exhaust studs from getting broken off.

17s, or 18s will help with clearance too

Ugh guys I know bigger rims will help lol. I can't really buy them right now so I could care less. I like the tire stretch look as well, so I won't be changing that anytime soon. You're right about the flex section, but the pipe is manufactured incorrectly in the first place and as you can see before the flex it attempts to traverse downward, not level with the car, and at the flex it goes back upward toward the test pipe. Gheyyyyy

I won't be scraping downpipe once I get the solid one on. I probably won't put it on for awhile because I might want an open dump pipe hehe.

Drift boy that's a big negative. at the moment I don't but it will soon be leaking if I don't stop scraping or install the new one. If I don't go over speedbumps or enter the driveway generally I'm safer.

Yes Out2win, I wish I had a better pic, but both rubber seals were in 2 pieces.

Good question Yung1, I can definitely tell there's an improvement over my old s13 setup, but that's partially because I also installed the stainless line from SPL when I 'built' version 2. It's larger than the s13 one, so I'm sure its stronger because the fluid can disperse more over the piston to depress the clutch. I wonder if the nismo slave is really a z31 slave kekeke. This means you'll get slightly less actuation of the slave but I haven't noticed a difference, and you can adjust that out with the clutch master cylinder pedal adjuster part. Yes I love it long time though.

Enough with that. I finally finished the look of my engine bay today. I could still go back and do a few things, but until I get a new 'vision' for it, I'm going to leave the canvas alone.Prepped. The guy who painted/powdercoated (I can't tell) this last stripped it of the red paint before finishing it white. I sanded to metal in some spots because of the engine lift chain scratches.First paint coat, behind the fence. Remember those plants that looked like marijuana, they're either spider plants or real marijuana. My neighbor's slangin'!

Timing chain guide gone. I feel better now I guess. Worked fine with it but I'm sure in the future it could have caused a catastrophe.

Last pic I got before it was too dark out. I'll get some tomorrow with a non cellphone pic. You know I shoulda gotthe iphone 3gs because it has a better camera, but you guys lose out again LOL sorry!

The hardware around the valve cover is midnight blue pearl now as well. I should have done semigloss black but I feared I didn't have enough of it. There's always paint stripper or media blaster. I'd really like to get new hardware for it though.

Ugh I forget what it's called. But it's pretty much a pure white with some pearl in it. I also forgot to mention, I used the clear effex on top of that white paint for a slight metallic look, then 2 coats of regular laquer clear. The coil cover makes it pop yo. I was going to sand off the letters but I kinda like it this way and I'm lazy lol.

Hey I'm sorry that I didn't get a higher res pic today but man, even this was a surprise to me because last night was dark when I finished. So opening the hood was like opening a new present. Checking for leaks and having zero and her purring correctly was a sweet 2nd present. Count the timing guide as weight savings yo.

I wish to clean up the bay for 'yall tomorrow and photoshoot. Idk if I'll have time tho we'll see.

Yeah I know lol. I know that setup is a ticking time bomb.... Not much else to say. I packed all afternoon so idk when I will freshen it up for pics.

Josh IDK about saturday because I move in in the morning and my hacc buddies want me to attend a party around 5-6, which wouldn't be a problem, but autox goes from like 9-5.

Also a post thank you to Out2winpahc for including me in the build thread thread because I forgot to make a post. Nice. Finally a mod who fixes the little things around here

Fastback/hatch FTW. This is my daily setup. I don't pay for parking so I park just outside campus and bike around. All the cool kids do it up here. Yup.

Posted on my FB wall but I know I'm not friends with the whole NICO community :P.

I'll be swapping the clutch and probably downpipe come thanksgiving vacation. I can do it before then but why bother because I'd just have to break in the clutch for the maximum of 2 events left for me to attempt to attend LOL.

I put a penn state window sticker on it.... so people would know i'm not parking on the street in this neighborhood for no reason... Cheers all, sry my build will b slow probably but the lanc crew and HBpig got me minor treats at the junkyard I can reveal later on
