Gussets trimmed, trans crossmember a success, but I stripped out the trans mount and ordered a new one.

I need to adjust the clutch push rod there is a little too much free play when bleeding, the rebound should be more.

Today I installed tension rods, reinstalled valve covers, bolted up exhaust, installed wideband, installed lengthened shifter arm, installed S15 hood, but the one part of the under skeleton is hitting the intake elbow so I need to remove it.

Waiting on - Trans mountValley bolts (so I can install intake)Random bolts.

Once I get these last few things and make the adjustment I should be able to have it running again finally. Then body shop (5 stars auto), Allignment (friends shop), Tune, and enjoy

That's gonna be sick when it's done. I assume you're gonna have cats cause of emissions up there right?

No cats.... I passed emissions with flying colors, just wasn't my car on the sniffer. But I drive it way less then 5K a year so I am emissions exempt and I have a frind inspect it.

If you walk into my garage right after I pull the car out, you eyes will hurt. It's a non eco friendly gas hog polluter for sure.

Hows the fenders coming along is it a head ache?

? for you, do you think an 350 out of a 99 tahoe will mate with the s14. Cause im getting a new motor for my truck, and your build has me speculating.

I'm not doing the fenders, a local body shop is who does a lot of swap and nissan work. They have done a number of S15 swaps.

But I test fitted the hood and had to remove part of the skeleton, and then the throttle body hit the hood. That was an aftermarket bbk throttle body, and well I cant use it. So I tried the OEM which still hit. So I took it off and got to grinding it down. I got it to clear, but I am going to remove more so when it torques it doesn't hit.

Always something. Valley bolts in, intake on, need shorter intake bolts grrr.

Some pics and updates, clutch pedal adjusted, seems to be returning better, needs to be bled again. Need shorter intake bolts, garage needs cleaning, some wiring in the car, and drive it out.

Yeah the OEM front is so much smoother flowing, plus I wont have to worry about ripping into a million pieces if it scapes something. I am going to make it moderately lower, but I still cant slam it because if the fuel cell. 2 inches lower in the front, 1 inch in the rear.

Once its back together, painted, tuned I think I am just going to tint it, drive it, and buy a subaru gc8 to play with

Yeah the OEM front is definitely a major improvement. And your painted intake looks fly as hell, along with that beast trans cross. Can't wait to see it a little lower either i always hoped you would give in and drop her just a little.

The only thing that makes the whole beast look a little tacky for me is the yellow air freshener haha. "You know you're too drunk to drive when you swerve to avoid a tree and it's your air freshener"

got some work in on the S13 fenders. I cut the rusted spots out and patched them. Then coated them over with filler. Gonna sand them down tomorrow and make sure the bottoms are good for the body shops work next week.

Also ordered an alarm from Broadfield, didn have one what was I thinking.

Buttoned up the loose ends, routed the wiring, zip tied the fenders up, and drove that b**** tonight.

Shifts good, and yeah its pretty low on the BC coilovers. Frame rails are 2.25inches off the ground.

Might lower the front another half inch, rear is staying. The under the car muffler scrape, pullling in and out of the driveway and alleyway. I felt the rack arm hit the header so I am going to have to take car of that. Other then this I just gotta wrap up the wiring and take it to the body shop. Then tire place, then tuner.

Nope, I dont have the caps on em, but 17x9+35 fit 275-40-17's under the S13 just perfect with the inner lip rolled.

Great build man. I want to go LS so bad but after reading about all you have in this car i could never do it. The finished product is gonna look sick once the fenders are done. Whats your final HP/torque hopes after its tuned?

forgive me if this has been answered before, but i havent gotten a definite answer. do those wheel specs clear coils? front and back? i just got coils and might have to buy new wheels, and i love the fitment of 9+35's.

but anyway car looks intense man, im pretty jealous haha.
