the wiring would have been easy if it wasnt already done incorrectly, the harness was also already wired for an s14. i paid mazworx to do my vh harness because its not exactly a commonly done swap. ill figure it out though, i just have to take more than an hour at a time to work on it. id just like to be done with it so i can put my vh in and know the sr is ready to go in the hatch. ill have it figured out this week.

I didn't even get a plug for the maf with my motor set, thankfully at the time I was planning on running a z32 maf.

I'll give you a call after 3:30 tomorrow and we can figure out a time and place to meet up.

Wuz up guys!! Haven't been on in a while just seeing whats up. Moved in a new house, i'm now located in the Summit, wondering if any of you live in the area. Finally got some tires for the rims that i showed on a post, going to get them on soon.

Got one quick question. What do you prefer SR20 or just turbo the KA? Trying to decide on what I want to do and what will be easier to work on in the long run. I heard most of the SR20 parts need to be ordered and I know most of all the KA parts you can just pick up at your local auto parts store.

What do you guys prefer.

You forget that sentra s-er's sr20de and the sr20dets that we play with share alot of the same parts.

Starters, alternators, cas, and a few other misc. parts are the only things that are specific to the rwd sr, and of thoes the hardest thing to get a replacement for is the starter.(serach the sr section for more info) Ka alternators work on sr's with little modification, and a replacement cas can eaisly be found on ebay or the nico classifieds. The rest can be found online at the various companys that sell go fast goodies for 240s.

Get the sr, retarded reliable and easy to get more power out of than most people want or need, and in my opinion the argument that the ka has more torque than the sr is a moot point, as the only time my car lacks grunt is in a 5th gear under 2k going up a steep hill, but my car has more aggressive cams which shift the power band up, and a larger turbo that doesn't give any positive intake manifold pressure untill above 3k.

Ok this was a close call.... I was on my way to work this morning and as i backed out of the driveway and on to the street my car just died and was on FIRE. I believe it was my resistor&Condenser that was on fire. Like it over heated and just burst into flames. Its on the wiring with the coil but its just like a plug or something all to its self its just underneath the Coil. Does anyone have any idea of what this is or were I can get one to replace it. Can't really describe it, its kinda a burnt glob with a hole through it now. It was mounted just below the coil on the strut tower wall. It was running then just shut down and wouldn't start. ANY IDEAS

Guys I'm not sure if you have ever made it to a TDC dyno night but it's a pretty big turn out. This Open House Customer Appreciation event has been posted at 19 different forums so far and it will be huge. Who's all planning on attending so far?

There's a good buddy of mines on s2ki.com in Greer I think. He charges $25 per fender if I'm not mistaken. Give him a shout on there if interested. His name is Yves and his username is YELLOW JACKET.
