Well I went over to the bank yesturday, and I found out I have enough funds to start my 300sx project. Basically what I can afford is 180sx Faktory's Swap Kit, the halfcut, new front seats, and paint. And the shops fees because this is my first engine swap and I don't want to risk it blowing up on me. I am going to call TDC soon and see how much it would be for them to do the swap and I am going to repair the transmission in the other car, and sell it and put a little more money in the car and redo the outside of the car. I haven't decided on that yet. If everything goes well it should be ready by mid-November. I hope cross your fingers for me, maybe something good will happen for me after a whole bunch of bad ****.

my dad said that the guy that has the 240 will hold it for me because he knows about my injury, so im happy that im still going to be able to get it.it really sucks that i cant drive right now but i have to deal with it. its pretty funny to have people ask me what happened and to see their faces when i tell them i cut off my finger.

thanks for the support guys, i told my gf it means more to me when you guys show support because we all have a love of cars and it kinda makes us like an extended family.

Sup guys, Its been awhile. Laptop cord was eaten by the damn cats and cannot find a replacement so im over at my buddy's trying to bleed this damn clutch but no help. Removed the dampner and everything so im on nICO looking for help. Anyways, really wish i could get on here and talk but do not have a computer to my access.

You have an interesting collection of cars. I remember TR-7's from when I was a kid in England. It was the mid-80's so most of them were rotting away from the salty roads, but they were as numerous as flies at that time.

Greetings all, just checking into the scene. Hope all is well as can be expected. I'm still waiting on my drive shaft, I hope it will be in by next weekend. I just had to renew my stickers on my tags; it would suck not to be able to drive it. I'm also probably gonna need a new battery. I went to run the car a little since it's been sitting. I had to jump start it and after I had it running for a few minutes, the drain of the overhead light combined w/ the dash lights was too much load and the car just died. I'm gonna take it out and see about hooking it up to a battery charger for a bit hoping that will help. Everyone have a GR8 Monday...ciao

pat, whats up with your clutch? you just cant get it to bleed right? bleeding it is always a pain in the ***. it works better if instead of pumping it you just push it to the floor one time and bleed it. it keeps the big air bubbles from turning into little ones when you pump it. if that doesnt work you might wanna replace the master and slave cyl, but its like 30 dollars for both.

anyways, what are you gonna do with your old motor?

yea mine has almost no serface rust atall. normal rust NONE!!! i have an extra KA lieing around waiting to be rebiult im thinking KA in the TR-7 or find a 12A rotor and stick it in there.

Wuz up y'all. My 240 should be back on the road tomorrow and I'm soooooooo excited!! I got my drive-shaft on Friday and I'm putting it in today. I suppose this would also be a good time to change my diff. fluid and transmission fluid huh.

OH NO SOUTHERN INVASION! im up here in Tega Cay (SC) visiting and i was out and about in charlotte yesterday and saw someone in a silver moss kouki absolutely RAPING it up one of the streets. Im not familiar with the area so i cannot really name off the street or its general location. Car had what looked to be TE37s, HUGE FMIC and Catback... whoever it was, nice car... if your on here haha

yup doing the 5 speed sometime this month. just gotta find a good clutch. probly gonna get a one piece drive shaft. and i still need to get a flywheel. i saw these wheels and fell i love with them. i know they are works but i havent seen them forsale on many sites. what kind are they and how much do they usually run?

those are equips, i love those wheels too. theres a few sets for sale on zilvia, they are gonna cost you though, but its worth it. heres a set thats relatively cheap, they should fit pretty awesome too.
