Is the battery hold down good? I ask this cause I've seen some guys that play drift and the battery gets a pretty good beating. You could damage the leads in the battery that will cause some fluky problems as well. I've put a Optima Red Top in mine to get rid of the battery acid and make it a safer battery if I ever get around to having fun in this thing.

Does anyone know of a good battery relocate kit for the S-13? It looks like the battery is headed for the trunk after the swap happens (to make room for the FMIC). Let me know anyone. I'm driving a Vert, so the kits needs to account for that as well. (Hydralic pump for top in in trunk as well).. any help would be great.

Jordan your car looks better and better every time I see it. Did you get a paint job done on it? When I finally settle on an S13 to fix up for myself I'm so getting one of those lips.

What offset are your rims?

my bad, brandon (knotmaster) figured it out, i missed that fuse somehow. she finally runs like a champ now AND i can shift.

oem 93 painjob ftw! wheels are enkei rp01's f16x7 +38 r16x8 +35 i think, offsets might be backwards. they could use a small spacer but they are pretty flush. thanks for the compliment.

yeah we need to have a meet sometime soon around here, it sucks i missed the last one. and we should all run ceasars head sometime too, hopefully we will be going up there tomorrow or saturday for some thrashage. oh yeah and you local people should go up to hobby lobby on sunday, there were a lot of super nice s13s up there last weekend. these rising sun guys from spartanburg.

Hey everyone, wuz up? I've been MIA for a while and I have missed all the posts for March for the most part. I know I could read up but there's so much I don't think I could take it all in. I'd be interested in a local meet, even if its in Anderson. Speaking of a meeting, we really need to get this car club going in the right direction as we are stagnent right now. I believe the next meeting place is GA since we've had one in SC and NC. James is there anywhere that you know of which would accomodate us?? I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I'll be on Spring Break next week so I should be able to stay current for a while. C-ya!

Well, considering that I'm the only one in GA, I'm not going to complain if we don't do a georgia meet. Anderson is exactly one hour from my house, so that is an ideal spot for me, honestly, it's 45 minutes from greenville and I guess about an hour and a half from Columbia (??)

But wherever you guys choose is ok with me. Besides with my life as crazy as it is, I miss these things half the time anyway as bad as I hate it.

GoinTopless240- hey, can you see about some tires for me? I'll take used take offs if they are cheaper enough. I need 245 40 18 rear, and 225 45 18 front. I'm really just looking for something cheap and cost effective to get these wheels on my car and on the ground. thanks

Hey Maxima,When I get to the shop in the morning I will see if we have anything close laying around. I know I may have some worn 245/45r18. I think they were Michelin MXM4's. Being worn they may be close to 245/40r18. I may have 4 of those. I may have to do a little work for the fronts, but I'll keep an eye out. Shoot me e-mail. Addy in profile. Let me know when you want to get em. The family and I will be headed to ATL this coming weekend, so my days off will be chewed up with that. E-mail me and we'll figure something out. Maybe you could squeeezze them in on the front.... can you say camber adjustment..lol.. Hope it helps.. I hope I remember tomorrow...lol.Chat at ya soon..

Oh yea.... scs13 I haven't forgot about you.. just haven't seen anything close lately... Not many cars with that size OE...300zx, Jag, few cars take it as an option.. but didn't want you to think I forgot..just a bit tougher to come by

well, i cant catch a ****ing break. that new transmission i put in. went out the next day. only had 1st and 2nd gear. so last night i put a new transmission in, that works pretty decent but now i got an overheating problem. as soon as i take the ***** out of the garage more bull**** starts. now i gotta tear back into it again. like pulling my motor out and putting it back in twice in a week isnt bad enough

Hey scs13,I'm gonna throw this one out there for the hell of it. Did you remember to bleed the cooling system? I'm guessing that if your pulling trannies and motors that you know how..... maybe forgot in the rush of things.. just a thought... hope it's that easy.

Your car is looking pretty good. It's a shame the other car had to die though it didn't look that bad. I'm still interested in the seats in the red car if they are worth anything.

How much tread is left on them? Are they worth the cost of mounting and balancing them?

I took some pictures of what one of them look like.... they all look pretty much the same.. good even wear.. I think they came off a Mercedes or something of that nature.. these folks just felt they were getting low and changed them out... they ordered them online.. i would have told them they still had 10-15K still left on them.. their call .. your benifit.. if you want them... they measure at about 26 inches tall unmounted.. will probably squat a bit more when mounted.. I honestly hate uploading pictures on here cause it's such pain in the a**. I'll try one.. send me an e-mail and I'll send you the rest http://gointopless240.zoints.c...56524
