won't start, blowing engine control fuse

I'm getting spark, fuel, all of that business, but won't start. I guess there's a wire short because it keeps blowing the engine control fuse.

It turns over but won't start. Does anybody know what wires i should look at? or if there's another problem that could be causing this?

I drive an 89 hatch with an s13 blacktop.
