I don't have to work thursday, so I'm going to try to get the coupe's engine bay clean and get the motor ready to go, so I can at least get it put in this weekend.

I just love the Charcoal Grey on a Hatchback =P But i wouldnt mind an S13. I'll save the S14 to be my lucky number 5 as in 5th 240.

It was alright. Had the funeral the day my sister and I got there. Friday was spent cleaning the house of stuff we didnt want and stuff i wanted to keep. Including his Army Knife and some Stein's. Saturday was the mall and some shopping for the girlfriend and then Sunday walking around, taking pictures like usual and Monday early we were on our way back.

yeah the dents are all still there. they look really bad in the pic but they are shallow dents. ive only had the car for 2 months but i found a great deal on a 97 240sx that i just cant pass up and thats why im selling it.

Taking into consideration the threats made on my life(just kidding James) I have decided to go ahead and take a few pictures. I'm still not completely sold on the colors but this and black were the only colors they had in this offset. +25

I don't know what I'm going to do now. As I see it I have two options. One is paint the wheels silver or I can black out the headlights like you said and I was thinking painting the door handles the same as the car *edit* or the same color as the wheels.

I don't know which way I'm going to go yet. I think I will wait and get some input for a month or two and then I will make my decision but I agree the colors do throw things off a little bit.

Those rims look awesome. I agree about the door handles matching color. If the rims were a painted silver close in appearance to the door handle, then I would say keep the silver. With the rims being a dark color and no other tie in, then yes to body color. What about painting them to match the rims? Then doing the black housing with the headlights would be a good tie in. The door handle almost looks like an after thought now. I do like the look to the rims... very nice.

Congratulations James I know you hate it but it had to be done.

On another note I did some quick photochops of my car to color the door handles and headlights. I didn't spend much time on these cause all I wanted to do was get the idea across. I also debadged it but for no other reason than I could.

I haven't posted here in a while, so here some recent shots

As you can see in the second picture youll probably notice the frame, or inner fender, what ever it is, is bent down about an inch, can anybody give me any hints on how to fix that

Brandon, he's going to look at it tommorrow, but it looks like a good deal to me. He said as long as it runs good he doesn't care.

dalzell, try an engine hoist lifting up on it or a come along and a tree. Then once you get it so close you should be able to fudge the body panels to line up. In theory. I'm still working on that with my 89 S13, but I'm a lot closer than when I got it!

btw, if you ever think about abandoning that project, give me a holler, I'm hungry for a few more 240 projects!

but in the meantime, it looks like you have a good foundation with a lot of potential. When you get ready to start piecing it together post lists of things you need in here because I parted out a 95 S14 about 2 years ago and have a bunch of nick nacky crap laying around, plus several guys in here have more than one 240 and a bunch of random crap laying around too.

Some of the crap I have I'd give away.
