Well, my S13 is damaged about the same, but it has a running motor in it, I guess all I was trying to figure out was if it was going to be harder to fix than I thought. I was not looking for perfection, just something I can practice drifting in.
From the pics of your car that I've seen it looks like it just needs some body panels and head lights and it will be golden.

Yeah, we can help you out.

Also, are we still good to come and get the car this Saturday?

the core support is pushed back a little and the radiator is busted. I was just going to pull it back where it needs to be and replace the panels, and not worry about the cosmetics of when you open the hood and see a bent core support. The first thing I'd like to get done is fix the clutch problem. It won't go into gear.

I went to gainesville tonight to get a fender and a bumper for the pignose for $70, but I got there and the fender was trash, so I just gave them $40 for the bumper. It's really clean and I won't have to scrape paint off of it like I was going to have to do with the one from Brandon's car.

So I still need a left front fender!!!!! aargh!

Damn you lucky bastard Chris, but congrats on the new ride!! Are you still gonna be able to help me get my ride together this weekend?

Hey wuz up everyone, I'm kinda bummed out cause my pig is currently parked. I'm having all kinds of fuel management issues. Chris and White_T-shirt_guy are convinced that one or more of my fuel injectors are dumping too much gas into the manifold. I also believe that I still need to fix that connector for my MAF sensor. Chris being the awesome new s14 owner that he is got me a hook up on some injectors and we'll be going to the junkyard this weekend to get a connector if all goes well. I've know that I just recently starting driving again, but it really sucks that I've been without my ride for a total of 3.5 days (including Friday and however long on Saturday). I put $10 in the tank @ 6pm on Tues after work; I drove to school (15 min trip), parked it, and then after class went over to Chris's house. By the time I got home that evening my gas light was coming on. I had smoke coming out of the tail pipe the whole entire time and each time I took the car out of gear it would turn off. Lol, I had to use one foot to clutch and brake (as usual) and the other was on the gas pedal to keep the motor revved so that it would stay on. I know that when you buy a used car, you should expect some problems; I'm just not ready for problems yet.

On a more upbeat note, my brother-in-law just got a z32-tt. He took me to school on Wed. evening and that thing is pretty bad a$$. It's been a while since I've been in a boosted car, so it was really refreshing and exciting as well. I'm planning out what's gonna be done to HIS car like its my own. First order of business will be a boost controller, bov, and turbo timer. Afterwards, we'll address fuel management and stickier tires-mostly for the rear cause he gets a lot of oversteer if he gets on it hard. He's only running 225's out back so I suppose we'll shoot for maybe 245's based on the wheels that he has now. I suggested spacers to run wider tread, but he isn't ready for that yet Well I just wanted to check in with everyone and say wuz up, hope y'all have a good one.

Come on, we all know that you can never have to many 240's, and besides its not me buying the car, Guiedo is. Although, I was ready to go to an atm to pull out the cash saturday night, but I figured I would let guiedo have this one. Mainly because I need to focus my attention on getting the coupe fixed, my kouki titled(and sold), and my hatch swapped, cocked, and ready to rock.

Well for starters read through this thread(if you haven't already):

zerothread?id=187589

You'll have to make your own motor/trans mounts, have a custome drive shaft made, the exhaust wil have to be custom made, you'll have to do your own wiring, as there are only 3 people I know of that have done a vg30dett swap(I don't think the wiring will be any more complicated than the rb though), and power steering is going to take engineering to make work(just have to make some hard lines proably).

This is mainly just the big thing that I can think of off the top of my head. I'll know more when I get a motor to start swapping into the car.

honestly I really miss the maxima I used to have. I'm not too sure about the pathfinder I bought for a daily driver. I'm just used to more power and better cornering. Maybe it will be better with new shocks or something

Tommorrow after Church at Shadyside Dragway in Shelby, NC will be having a drifting competition for a trophy and pride...I am planning to be there, without my 240SX (In shop ) but I plan to watch and see what goes down.
