Congrats on selling the Maxima!! You can start that rb project now huh I wanna go to the drift event next weekend, but idk if I'll have a ride or not. I'm assuming that its in Charlotte right? I've never witnessed live drifting so it would definitely be exciting; does anyone know what the cost is or if there's a website for more info?

Since Eddie does have to cut up that Silvia, I'd be willing to bet that he could get you a good deal on a vlsd. I'll be glad when I get my 240 so that I can shop for stuff.

Beatupsx congrats again on that Kouki, I'm anxious for you to get it on the road too!

i cant wait until i get that job and start making money for some parts or saving up for an SR. Not sure yet what im going to do. If im going to just do a 5speed swap and do other things for save for an SR and do a 5speed swap but then i still have other issues to take care of such as the interior the brakes, the quarter window, body work.

Those first pics were all I could do on the little free time I have between working 6 days a week, sometimes fairly late, and all the other stuff I have to do, plus it's in a dark part of my garage. If you will come down and get it I'll let you have it for $100. Just let me know soon enough that I can get out there and take the auto transmission off of it. How does that sound?

man, between you and Brandon you guys are laying the rb idea on thick! Do you guys really think I'm selling myself short with an SR20?

I think its formulad.com for info and I think its like $20 to get in. Why don't you and beatupsx ride together and share gas cost?

staticx- keep me posted on those clips, I guess I might be interested in an rb, but I'm not sure. Just let me know what you get.

so clubsx you still alive or did a tornado come and blow you away. That reminds me of a joke I heard a long time ago that might hit close to home for you. So what do a woman and a tornado have in common? THey're both twisting and screaming when they're coming and they take the house and car when they're going

Welcome man. In that case your about 40 min from my house. Seeing how its around Concord and just above Charlotte. If you want to find anyone in your area or just want some parts where you can pick up and not ship try http://www.carolinanissans.com They're a bunch of ***holes though but if you need something close its in the area. Btw what car(s) do you drive? We need to update our list now. Seeing how we've added around 5 members in the past month

I don't think your selling yourself short with the SR20 I just have much love for the straight 6. The torque of the RB is the main reason I like it over the SR I mean how often do you intend on driving your car at the top end of the power band anyway?

Yea, just checking in for today. Find out that i got cheated on twice now. Found it out from her cousin. Im officially going to make this girls life a living hell. Just because of all the sh** she's put me through, money i've spent and time i've wasted. She pretty much ruined it for all the girls now because im done treating them like that. These stories just get better everyday

i dont get it at all, girls want a nice guy. but they do this to the nice guys and then all the nice guys stop caring about treating girls so well. then they blame guys for being they way they are. man thats ****ed up, im sorry man, at least you are done with her and learned a lesson. i hope everything turns out alright for you.

Update time, I pulled up to the shop where the car was at about 1 am and there was some one there, I find out he has a 95 with a stock red top sr, anyways long story short I take a ride in the car and I now have a new respect for the sr.

And now on to the kouki, my dad and me just camped out in front of the shop last night in the truck and we got up around 7:30 and went to work on the car and changed the control arm and a few other things so that the car would sit level and we could drive the thing on the trailer(its kind of fun driving a car without a drivers sid tie rod). After we got it loaded we desided we were to tired and to dirty to drive 10 hrs back, so we got a hotel room and are going to start back tomorrow.

Although you have all of the motivation to stick it to her for her transgressions, I don't think you should waste anymore time about. Just pick and move forward; the longer you live in the past, the slower it will take to get your future together. You just gotta let go man.

I love the way straight 6's sound. Add in the spool of the turbo and the vent from the bov.......... As far as weight distribution is concerned, from what I've researched, its not really that bad at all. 180 pound differential, but when you factor in the power potential then it doesn't seem all that bad. Power to weight ratio is constant nemesis anyway so more power is always better

I wouldn't mind splitting gas with someone if they picked me up. That would be the least that I could do. I'm gonna do more research about the event.

yeah, clubsx, I agree with bryton, let it go, move on, and just realize this: (and this is gospel so listen carefully)

Girls are EVIL at least until they are about 21-23 years of age.

If you can move on with your life and pull yourself up without having to get revenge then you'll prove yourself to be a good man. Plenty-O-fish in the sea. Time to throw this one back in the water and cast the line out again, man.

beatupsx- congratulations man, you are the proud owner of a pimp ride, I can't wait to see it. Get it running good and drive it down here for drift atl. Just put a dealer tag on the back and if you get stopped just say you just bought the car and haven't registered it yet. If the cops say its not street legal, just say "what? Damnit I'm gonna kill the basterds that sold it to me!"

Meanwhile back at the ranch:

the wife and I have been car shopping and I think we have settled on a 2003 Infiniti I35 in diamond graphite with black leather, bose system, digital climate control, sunroof and 33k miles. We are supposed to sign the papers on monday if all goes well. here's the autotrader sight:

Awsome. Us adding all these people also will help us with the meets. I say we have one over the summer hopefully towards the end so that people have some time to do some changes to their cars

Yea like i say, girls always want the perfect guy but then when they do they screw it all up. And let me tell you there will NEVER be another guy treating her like i did. I can guarantee that lol. Yea so my goal for the week is to get some numbers and hopefully hang out with one or two...or three on the weekend lol

Not bad for a family car. Not too keen on the wood grain but ya can live with that. Nice looking car too. I'd rock an older Infiniti for sure

I like the sig. Both of those cars look pretty good in pics. So which one is in better condition? I know the black one runs, does the red one?

I'm not keen on the wood grain either. I'm going to look into changing that soon. The thing is, with the maxima gone and the work van now my means of work transportation, I spend a lot of time driving my wife's escape around while the 240 which is the nearest and dearest to my heart sits because its hard to drag a family around in it. I never liked the escape from day one but it was ok because it was my wife's, and when we went somewhere as a family we took the maxima. So, now it has come to my attention how much the escape sucks, so we're getting something a little more enthusiast-driver-friendly. That thing is a sweet ride.

Well the black one has a messed up hood that needs fixing, tires ofcourse, idle is low (might just need tune-up). The red one has quarter window messed up, front bumper a bit scratched and driver's fender is dented (easy fix). I think im parting out the red on though. I dont really have the patience for the quarter window or the time. Besides i just want to fix up the black one to a 5speed and then fix the interior. Hoping to get a leather driver's seat to finish the set. Also looking into tinting the windows, getting whats wrong with the engine fixed and who knows what else.
