Yea he gave me a price of $50 without shipping and then i got a deal on S13 SE Wheels with good thread on them for $100 but there in Raleigh so who knows how im going to get those. I wish i could go to the meet. If i still have my S14 that was running just fine instead of the S13 then i'd prolly make it but the Hatch needs some work before i take it anywhere. Can someone take some pictures for me or something?

Nothing wrong with that. That's what I'm planning to do, save all the money for my RB swap first, then work on everything else. I'm going to get everything done to the car all at once; but drive it stock until I've got it all together. Once all the parts are compiled, I'll drop them and the car off for a couple of weeks @ whatever shop. When I get it back though................

Same here, i might be buying a 5speed swap for cheap and then keep it until i have the money for the swap (Wes' said he'd do it ofr $400 in and out). Im getting the struts dropped off here from Greensboro for $65 and hopefully i can have the guy with the SE wheels to give it to him to drop it off with the struts for me.

That would be sweet to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Sounds like you got a pretty decent deal on the struts, hope all goes well with that install.

You should try to make it to the meet. Your car aint that bad off. I drive mine everywhere with the struts bad. I'll be there with the S14, hopefully Brandon will have his 350z back by then, but who knows...

I just ordered my 2 rear struts last night.I'm hoping they'll be here in a few days that way I can have them on before I drive up.

you sure you're gettin a loaner? If not I can bring the Maxima up tommorrow evening if you bring me home. It needs to be driven. I hate letting it sit around like it does.

I don't think that is necessary. They said they would only need the car a day or two. If that will happen or not I don't know but they said that I should be able to have a loaner. I do appreciate the offer though and if I'd have known about it earlier I would have taken you up on it.

yeah, that's my plan at this moment. I'll take off around 11 and be on the road by 12. looks like it's just me coming though.

Car is still not registered either and really, you have no idea how bad the tires are (the entire thread is ALL gone) and the struts are half and inch from touching the tires on the front. still though. im hoping someone will have pictures.

Well that is what the service guy told me and their service department has a fairly good reputation from the people I've talked to. So I'm guessing I'll get a loaner and if I don't Jared lives a few condo's down from me so its not that big a deal.

yup, i aint driving anything right now. It really sucks bumming people for rides. As soon as i get this one running im going to buy another car so incase something happens i got back up.(damn am i smart)

Yeah, tell me about it, always having to wait for someone to pick you up and then you don't know if they are gonna be on time so that you can get to where you have to go. I'll be glad when I get back behind the wheel, it seems like you loose a part of yourself when you can't just go when you want to

I drove one of my coworker's cars around the block today. It's a 94 BMW 530i. That thing is pretty sweet. Has a 3.0 V8 in it and it handles good too.
