Well the admin over there was just talking about someone that scammed someone and he said if he didn't reply to his PM in x days he was gonna ban him. He doesn't mind banning, just not the nut huggers.

It was a piece of latch that I think was off an s14. Either way its not complete. Was wondering if you can contact him since my email is down for some unkown reason. Nothing but bad luck with this newbie sellers... And Matty still hasn't payed me back and having no email and no ride sucks.

No, the feeling I'm getting is that he only cares about his forums, if you're an outsider, you're not worth his or their time... Here is where you see the difference. If a Z ilvia member came here with the same story about one of our members, you best believe it would be taken care of in a timely fashion. In fact, a lot of Z ilvia members browse these threads for info and so forth.

All I can say is, I really hope "Alex" falls victim to a serial killer, one that rapes him, and does some Saw-ish things like cutting small chunks off of his body, and then medicating him so he doesn't die fast. Perhaps bleeding him with IVs at a rate of about a pint and a half a day, taken slowly. All the while being feed high protein meals so that in reality, his body is replacing all but the half a pint. Over the course of a week, he would feel weak, and his bones would have a very painful inner pain. Keep that up for several weeks just to make a point, and then bleed the f-er dry.

I'm a sick guy, and have lots of morbid thoughts.

For example, the average person has from 10-12 pints of blood, it takes the bone marrow around 24 hours to replace a pint if the person is in good health...

Which is why I've quit even popping in there to look at the discussions on this matter - no sense contributing to their already dwindling traffic.

Anyone who protects / defends a scammer is complicit to their actions. Period.

well this might help i'm very new to this group and just found it because i got ripped off on ebay by none other then 90silvia know on ebay as nissan_hs13 i have a paper trail where i sent the money and where he did cash and almost a month later still no word i have contacted ebay and plan to move on in filing claims on him if you all are going to try to pull all the people he has ripped off let me know he has done this on 2 other forums that i have found so far and a few other ebayers that are willing to go as far as we can to get money back or to file a suit agist him

Send info to those with claims so they can pass it on to the cops. This might help them get all the info from Ebay.

If you look at the feedback, he sold pictures to people I'm sure he knows, if not himself to get a good rating. Anything of any value, the people never got...

The rip offs are located in Clarksville, TN, and the wallpapers and such are located in South Bend, IN.

Interesting. I'm willing to bet that he has another account, and is still at it. Haha, he's going to keep it up, and the cops wont have to worry about finding a body, each person that got ripped off with have a piece of pickled Alex in a jar lol.

I almost want to try to buy something from him so when he rips me off I have a reason to go beat the living **** out of him...

I feel the exact same way. Is this wrong?

I know that if he did rip me off I would drive to his place of employment and, well, hurt him. I'd total up all the bills he has and make sure they totalled atleast that much.

i have spoken to ebay and they do have info on him that they will be willing to turn over once a suit or some other legal action is pressed on him so i'm giving him a few days to see if i might hear from if not then i will press charges and will be willing to share the info to any and all that might like to do likewise he really messed up when started ripping people on ebay they don't like people making it hard on them i will keep you guys posted

He sent a few payments as a "show of good faith." He is trying to make the situation look more like a bad debt which is a civil matter and less like fraud which would be criminal as well. He is only doing it to try to construct a legal defence should the matter go before a jury.

This way he can argue that he never intended to scam anyone, he just found himself in a bad spot and is trying to make good. This could raise reasonable doubt as to his intentions which would have to be proven in order to get a criminal conviction.

No intent to scam = civil suitIntent to scam = civil and criminal

Obviously, the guy makes a profession of scamming people. This, or he is scared and has been speaking to a lawyer.
