i was wondering the same thing...she didnt even seem too bothered by the fact that she was ripped off by the same guy that did **** to a bunch of other people. she wanted to give him 1004 chances to come clean with it. i dont mean to sound like an ***, but if shes that clueless maybe its worth the lesson. i was reading this that 1 night (about an hour lol) and she comes in with "i got this car from the same guy" "didnt get the title yet" or some ****, then wants to give him a bunch of chances, waits till monday or the next following month or whatever. man, i dont know about you guys but money is tight in my pocket, if i was handing over some cash i would want whatever i was paying for, or my money back within a day or two. i dont know how you guys went so long without doing some personal justice. ill bump this thread up untill i see this ******* pay you guys back. and btw..hes still selling on z. i can see your frustrations with that site. but like i said, 1 screwup doesnt reflect the site.

It's kind of dissapointing to see this thread bumped every week and no progress has been made. He's probably laughing at us by now, don't you guys have lawsuits down there? You can sue him, and pretty much win, he's in breach of like 35 contracts - start a class action against him. Do something!

I'd also donate 5 bucks, X3, he needs to pay for his actions it would almost be just as good if he gets busted and has to pay everyone back, has to do community service and gets probabation. Just something u know and if he does it again maybe he'll do time. The problem is there out there and they need to be put to justice.

Those who have complaints filed should be demanding answers as to why this has not been dealt with. I would suggest asking if there is additional info they need or if you should consider hiring a lawyer.

Tell them in these exact words that you feel you are being "denied equal protection under the law." Equal protection is a constitutional right and it's a nice way of suggesting that you are going to sue the department if they don't get off their fat doughnut eating behinds. There is no reason why they should not have picked this guy up by now.

Hey guys, this popped up on the local forum & I thought I would share the info....

Its really weird too - all the guys on NICO was giving him a second shot to clear his name - and out of no where he starts selling parts under another name (like I tried to tell everyone he would do) I knew what he had for sale as I had previous dealings with him and I got ****ted. So I knew it was him under another name.

I really dont have anything to do with the whole deal anymore - I just didnt like the fact he was coming on here under another name and could possibly scam you guys - So I let everyone know.

If I were you knowing that info - I would let people on NICO know that - as alot of them want that guys head!

People are filing claims on him - and he admitted to internet fraud on NICO when they were giving him another chance. Thats his felony there "internet fraud"

Okay, so..I had told everyone I was going to contact JIC-Magic and see why they would sponsor a loser like this. I finally got around to it.I informed them of his claims all over the intraweb, myspace emo blog, NICOClub, Z ilvia etc and how he has scammed over 35 people and is facing felony charges and hard time.I spoke with a very nice man named Paul, explained what Alec was up to and asked him if he was even sponsored. I stayed on the phone with him for a short time of him looking, he claimed he wasn't even sponsored for over 5minutes. He explained it was very hard to get sponsored with JIC. They do not sponsor many people. (Who does?) Then, after 5minutes he finally found Alec. He states that Alec was PARTIALLY sponsored last year, his sponsorship has been expired for over a year now, he quoted his sponsorship was "nothing special".If I was interested I could have even recieved partial sponsorship via the telephone.

In short, here is summary.Alec is a loser that claims he is sponsored by a more well-known-than-your-local-tire-store store to make himself feel special.

Long story short...1)He's a d!ck.2)He's really stupid.3)Z ilvia is a ****ed up place.

Plenty of people on there still vouch for him too...and they know what he did. Wtf.

336-315-6177 is a business number, but may be related to Mom.

336-275-1902 is disconnected.

(336) 273-1559 is possibly Mom's number, can't confirm. Female voice on voicemail.

(336) 931-1335 is Bill Linderman, Humana. Likely not related...

I'll check out the others later. Let's give Mr. Bradford the same level of attention we're giving Mr. Abalos.
