I filed another complaint with the internet fraud website. I did one earlier this year as well. Lets just take this guy down. I am sick of waiting and all these promises.!!

I had an attempted scam on Ebay too. Kid tried to use someone elses account and have it sent to his address. I called him out on the non-matching address and got a fraud notice a few days later. Kid got busted.

Okay, so..

I had told everyone I was going to contact JIC-Magic and see why they would sponsor a loser like this. I finally got around to it.I informed them of his claims all over the intraweb, myspace emo blog, NICOClub, Zilvia etc and how he has scammed over 35 people and is facing felony charges and hard time.I spoke with a very nice man named Paul, explained what Alec was up to and asked him if he was even sponsored. I stayed on the phone with him for a short time of him looking, he claimed he wasn't even sponsored for over 5minutes. He explained it was very hard to get sponsored with JIC. They do not sponsor many people. (Who does?) Then, after 5minutes he finally found Alec. He states that Alec was PARTIALLY sponsored last year, his sponsorship has been expired for over a year now, he quoted his sponsorship was "nothing special".If I was interested I could have even recieved partial sponsorship via the telephone.

In short, here is summary.Alec is a loser that claims he is sponsored by a more well-known-than-your-local-tire-store store to make himself feel special.

Thats funny, as if being sponsored makes you official or something. Usually sponsorship entails plastering your car with stickers for little over a 5% discount on parts.

This kids such a tool. I have no remorse for scammers, and have had to use "persuasion" on some basterd that tried G'in me for some Jordans. Needless to say, a few poundometers and a cigar cutter should get this kid to pay up. Anyone in the area should get some commision from the people who have been scammed to pay him a little visit.

This may be the only option, but Id like to know in reality how much authorities really deal with internet fraud.

I don't know, I think both would be good.I'd def love to see both his cars get raped with a baseball bat / sledgehammer. But I'd also like more to see him be thrown in prison for 15 - 25 years.Having your butthole turned into a vagina daily hurts more than having to repair a car.

Ok since you have his issue resolved or whatever now you can start on mine. Where is the seatbelts that I bought on Nov 30th over on Zilvia??? I know that you have been shipping them and getting me a tracking number for 3 weeks. Seems like a lot of people are getting burned by you these days. Not answering emails, pm's and all isn't going to make me go away.

participation is a good thing but I think it is over board. If I was Alex and had geniune intention to give stuff back, that thought is probably diminished by the way you guys are talkng him down, rediculing him.

I believe people have been plenty nice to him allowing several months on parts...that's just extremely ridiculous. hopefully it gets done by force and/or somebody has a chance to meet him personally. Maybe we should put in a paypal address to send one or three people over there to meet up and get everyone's parts back personally and/or physically

Well apparently I'm going to have to do the same. He's still selling crap on zilvia like mad. I sent him a message yesterday while he was online and he suddenly went offline. Not to mention he was banned on Zilvia about a week ago so he must be pulling the same bs there.
