well if you google them and its all good news - thens its usually good - you are still taking a risk with any internet purchase - thats why you should always buy via Paypal or whatever with a credit card so you can cancel the purchse if you need to!

I didnt not post my pictures nor approve or allow them to be putup. I think its outrageous because JDS Performance has a grudge with me.You can look at the thread in CarolinaNissans.com and clearly see hemessed up the shock and not me. Anyways thats besides the point. I amasking that my pictures be removed before I take legal action. Thanks.
Alec, if you think you can "take legal action" against an LLC, you're mistaken. I have a damn good attorney.

Your pictures, by virtue of them being posted on MyEmoSpace, are public property. Might wanna read up on that little section of the TOS.

Take the money an attorney would cost you and give it back to d!ck, JDS, and all the other people you scammed.

If you can afford that nice shirt, hair gel, an anal bead necklace and drinks at a bar, you can afford to pay folks back. Do it. Now.

Save your idle threats for your little emo friends. I'm a businessman, I don't play that crap.

JDS isn't even the one that posted your pictures, why are you trying to bring him into this?

And as far as it being bull****, it's bull**** you try to scam people for months and months and don't set stuff streight until you're about to lose everything you DO own. Although, it is nice you are finally getting it fixed without having to go through the court system which is ofcourse better for you also. But if you placed me in a situation like this I'd still file criminal charges, and I urge anyone who has the chance to, to do so.

I'm also going to be calling JIC Magic (for my own curiousity) and seeing what they have to say about this whole "sponsored" deal, and if so, let them know what kind of person he is.

Call them. IDK, I met with him at a show in Orlando called PRI. I am paying what I can back and thats all I can do. I am making it right. Atleast I am making a attempt. I am not going to tell my story because I am sure I will just get criticized and made fun off. So to each his on. AZHitman, I will make sure evrything gets paid back. I know I did wrong and I know these people didnt deserve it. Sometimes you have to do what you have to to survive in a extreme situation. Now I have the opportunity to pay my debt to society and I am trying to. Thats all I can say. In this world a man only has his name and without that, he is nothing. I just want to get that back. I do have EVERY intention to pay back Turbo240SXT and d!ck. Sorry for the disturbance I have caused on this board.

All I have to say is this:

I hope a valuable lesson has been learned here...

Here's what's gonna happen:

I'm not banning Alec.

I am leaving this thread open.

I am going to expect periodic updates from the parties involved.

I'm going to ask that people who have NOT been involved in a transaction with him, please hold your comments.

Thanks guys!

Some advice since you seem willing to get at least the members here paid back: bust azz to pay everyone off as quickly as possible.

You have admitted above that you did it intentionally due to an "extreme situation". In the cases where you received property, that is considered Interstate Fraud. In the cases where you simply received a payment it is considered Wire Fraud. Both are felonies and can land you in "bang you in the butt" prison.

I would seriously look into a loan of some sort or borrow money or get multiple jobs to get these people satisfied before they start proceedings against you.

Again, just some advice. Take it for what it is worth.

worse comes to worse.....a credit card cash advance is a good way to get a lot of $$$ to pay people back in a hurry.

Then you can always go and refinance that cash advance on Prosper.com, if your credit rating is halfway decent.

Just a thought.

Stuff for sale! You have got to be kidding! Anybody who would buy anything from you has to be dumber than a 50lb sack of stupid.

Anybody ever hear of a Ponzi scheme?

By the way, I believe the FBI has a whole new department that handles internet fraud. I'm fairly sure a complaint can be filed on their website and they will persue criminal charges. I hear they don't mess around either.

just to let you guys know, if anybody used the post office and didn't get what they paid for, the postal inspection service could make this mail fraud...but, if he straightens things out, nevermind.

Local police station will "sometimes' get involved, depending of how many complaints they get. The state troopers also have a computer crime division on each state thats gets involved if you file a complaint.

These are just options available out there, use them if needed.
